Just past nightfall
Overcast 12 degrees C
May 13th

@Nebet

The air was dark and Reaper knew his fur stuck out like a sore thumb, the smell of cougar was faint in the area and yet the rogue was unafraid. The idea of fear made him scoff, for he knew that he was the king of this kingdom and every kingdom that he would ever encounter. Any cougar would bow before his power as should any wolf if they knew what was good for them and many would bow in the coming days. He was here to set up a branch of the organization and lead them to greatness, oh the message was well spread in Alaska, but now it was time to educate the world. He weaved among the pines, which were becoming sparse as he began the assent, he needed to see the land he was about to change, so he could see what he had to work with. The moon was blocked by the clouds, though the night remained warm and the rogue was thankful that his winter coat had given away to his summer one.

Quickly he rose up the heights, the slope growing steep and his pace having to slow as he neared the top. Veering slightly to the left he found a diagonal slope that was easier to walk upon, less of a sheer bluff. He was alone for the time being, searching the lands for allies that he would call upon when the time was right, for now he needed to gather as much information as possible. To do that he had to gain the trust of many wolves from many regions, though they would have to be pure ones or their words meant nothing to him. Mutts would lie through their teeth if it best suited them, and even if the words were true it would come from a mouth of a dirty have breed. The thoughts made him cringe in disgust, how anyone could lower themselves to mate with someone lesser than them was a vile act. They may be happy now, those dirty breeds, oh but their time is limited so they better enjoy it while they can. The thoughts brought a gleam to his eyes and a malicious smile, oh they would regret the day they were born, and they would regret it soon.

She knew she should have never wandered this far from the pack, the pack that had so graciously took her in. But, the itching to stretch her legs was what drew her forward and out into the world once more. Oh she knew the dangers that lurked, even though she was safe within a new pack that didn't mean their wasn't others out there wanting her hide to take back to her father and the brute of her old pack. Glistening fur shimmered in the moonlight that had began to show itself from above. An etheral and enchanting appearance revelling the beauty from afar and upon her snow white fur. Just the most basic of grey bespeckling her belly, long legs drawing her forward over the ground.

Her winter coat having given away to her summer coat, and revealing the smooth feminine shape of her body. Lean muscles taught beneath fur and skin, but not enough to make her look masculine and a long smooth muzzle revealed those purest of black lips and nose. Eyes the color of the purest yellow rays of the sun. She knew her place within a pack, and it was a shock when the new pack she was invited to wasn't strictly male dominated. Small rounder ears of her species perked into the night sky, eyes staring forever into the distance. She could smell the cougar, but that was the least of her worries. A large cat was nothing compared to what her family could do to her. In her mind as long as she didn't smell them or their allies around everything would be good.

It was with a swift, graceful movement of her tail that she took off at a quick trot. The night wind feeling good upon her face and body as she moved. Overall it felt good just to be able to run, to feel the freedom without worries. Oh how wrong she was, she should have been worrying after all their was monsters that lurked in the night, but that was all shoved to the back of her mind as she leapt gracefully and agily over each stepping stone and rock that was in her way. Easily making her way through the winding slopes of the pass, and not paying much attention to the other scents that might linger on the air.

Now you can smack me! Sorry for such a long wait!

It had been the flash of white that had caught his attention, his bloodied eyes suddenly fixated upon the woman before him. Her scent spoke of a pack, but not strongly, she must not be fully integrated yet, oh how much better for me. The thoughts brought forth a cocky smirk and he fluffed up his pelt, she would make a good informant, that is as long as she is pure and no an imposter. His stomach rolled at the thought of this beautiful woman being a half breed, sent to fool him and trick him into accepting her. He swallowed the bile that climbed up his throat his eyes suddenly shrouded in disgust and hatred at the thought of the continual breeding of these filthy mutts. They need to be taught their place, they need to know they have no place, they need to die at the hands of the organization, soon they will all see, soon they will all understand. The thoughts were silent ravings as he stood stalk still in the night, the woman seemed unaware of his presence as she ran.

It was her frame shrinking almost out of view that brought him down from his silent tirade that was his mind. Putting on his most charming smile and fluffing his fur once more, knowing it would settle just perfectly he tilted his muzzle to the sky. A low howl reached into the night, loud enough for her to hear he was sure, but quiet enough not to arouse the suspicion of a nearby pack. It was a greeting, a non-presumptuous greeting, oh but he did presume. She would submit to him, and she would do his bidding, they all did, eventually. His ears cocked forward waiting for her response, though he sat his rump upon the ground, if she turned she would not see him as any kind of threat, he was a\handing her the advantage.
