How long had it been sense he had last seen her? His silver maiden had simply vanish suddenly from his grasp. Where could she had gone? The Bend had been, was, the safest place for them to be. While it had pained the dark Dunn greatly he knew he had to move on sooner or later. Carry out his once again bleak life within the place he seemed to call home. It sure didn't feel like home anymore. In fact it had never really felt like home to him. He felt so foreign and out of place with everyone there. A loose sigh left his lips at the thought. The dark male had to be letting everyone down.
This evening he had felt an urge though. He wished to try and seek out any trace of @Phyrrus, even if it seemed rather helpless. Heading north towards the creek he'd visited briefly in passing he wondered if perhaps he'd find his maiden there waiting for him. Basking in the colors of the sunset; he could just imagine the colors shining on her silvery grey fur. Whining he picked up his pace. Moving at a quick trot to the creek.
When he got there a familiar smell rattled his brain. Was he dreaming? The dark Dunn hadn't truly expected to find her here. Following scent trails they seemed rather fresh, heading down the creek shoreline. With a louder whine the male trailed after it. If this was a dream he didn't want to wake up. A soft voice could be heard calling a name, "Phyrrus?" With heart beating as fast as a heard of buffalo and butterflies taking flight in his stomach, Bear's fiery eyes sought out his silver maiden.
