A smirk quirked onto his lips as @Jynx took a well aimed strike and chomped down on the cougar's tail. It was comical the way the beast leapt and yowled, as well as how this situation was proving that the wolves were the ones with the cat-like reflexes. With that last jolt of pain and a failed retaliation attempt, it seemed the feline wanted no more of their game. Turning on its monsterously thick paws, it launched over the ground and stones up toward the mountain's slopes. Gent gave chase until the dirt was gravel beneath his paws pads; when it was clearly neutral ground and not the threshold of his home.
His tail leapt up as his strides slowed and he turned around to face his companions.
"Awesome job you two," he said with a thin grin, "thanks for your help."
Now, they could head back home with the reassurance that no cats would be taking a swipe at their food or the children. A rather productive day, if Gent did say so himself.
"Let's get back."
