Spieden Coho
@Isuni
Spieden held still as Capable reached out for her, caught off guard and not expecting the touch. It was... nice. Gentle, almost tender. There was an unusual fluttering feeling in her chest, but she was too surprised to do anything else but stare back. Just as quickly as it happened, the red woman had turned and was already on the move again. Spieden stood dumbstruck for a moment, her head spinning as the skin under the greying fur of her face flushed warm. What was that? Did it... Did it mean anything? Should she have returned the gesture? Noticing the distance between them stretching as Capable marched onward, Spieden loped forward, trying not to lag behind.
"Hmm," Spieden hummed with interest. "Well, I can say this is the farthest north I've ever been." If that wasn't already obvious. The lowlands was a far cry from misted forests or damp coastlines, in the land of ice and snow, the Blackfish was out of her element. "Before I landed here," 'here' being Relic Lore, "I lived so far west, the only thing on the horizon was saltwater."
Capable's next remark was unexpected, but not too surprising. She had thought 'Capable' to be an unusual name, at least unusual enough to name a child. Though, she supposed, not too unusual considering she had a brother more or less named after seaweed. "So, what is your name, then?" She asked, curious.

Capable
“Saltwater, huh?”
Capable had heard about such things before, but never actually seen it before. Quite honestly, it was hard for her to imagine water like that. It was water a wolf couldn’t drink, but there were still fish that lived in it, somehow. That was all she knew on the topic, but to think, there were such vast bodies of the strange water out there! The wolf gave a curious hum, glancing back over her shoulder at her packmate, albeit briefly (lest she get them lost out in the awful weather). “I’d like to see that sometime, I think.”
The thought was abandoned quickly, however, because her thought – or was it an offer? – was not missed by the older female. Ears flicked a few times. She had brought this upon herself, there was no going back now. Was it good to tell someone? She could trust Spieden, at least. Even if her family turned up out of the blue, and they hadn’t yet, so the likelihood of that was pretty low, the older female certainly wouldn’t turn her in. “My name is Isuni Rahal,” she said after a few moments, quite a bit more quiet that she had been before. “But I chose Capable for myself.” A brief silence, and then… “Hey, I think the rocks are up ahead.”
