Lost Lake this museum full of ash

He tried to comfort Roland as he would his godson if Chan was in the same situation. He thought about the boy often and hoped he wasn't off getting himself into trouble. His first priority was to get the pale child home and cleaned up then some food in his belly. The rest of it could follow the next day once he'd had a chance to rest. It was a good thing Kajika had some medical knowledge so that he could help Roland though part of him wished for Namid or Neha just then.

He led the boy back around the lake it was a long walk but they soon reached the cove side. Roland was good and stayed at his side the whole way. Once inside the border he led the way to the infirmary den where he could do what needed to be done to get Roland on his path to recovery.
