Leviticus Armstead
The other wolf was quick to assert exactly what Levi had perceived to be his own ace-up-the-sleeve. The declaration gave him pause, green eyes blinking with obvious surprise as his brain tried to bridge the boy's claims. Little did he know that in a way, they were both right; his South didn't experience snow, but if one traveled even further than that, they would eventually find the cold once more.

Levi's brows furrowed. Was he... could he be lying?

"I'm from the South," he contended, "and this is the first time I've been around snow and ice."

If this other guy wanted to say he was from some different kind of South with snow, then fine, whatever. But if he tried to imply that Levi was lying, well... well... he didn't know what he'd do, but it'd sure make him mad.

what i really need now is a double shot of crown

It was called. His bluff was called but he didn’t let it show on his features. He’d hold his ground and his truth, even if it wasn’t the other man’s truth. “You must be from way South then.” He huffed with a mildly amused look in his eyes. “Buck up and get comfortable then because this lot of snow and ice is gonna be around awhile and if you don’t grow thicker skin it might just freeze you alive.” He huffed as he turned and started to walk away. He had lost interest in the conversation, and even in irritating the boy. He had far more important things to worry about.

The other man could choose to take his advice or not, whatever, but Vayko simply no longer cared.

Way South, there it was. Levi lost some of the tension he'd been holding onto, able to grab onto a line of logic that didn't make the wolf before him a total jerkoff. Of course, he wasn't exactly kind as he continued speaking, commanding Leviticus to suck up his distaste for Winter. What ever. It wasn't a bone he was willing to pick.

"I'll do what I want," he grumbled, after the other boy walked away, and kicked at the snow before setting off in a direction opposite of both the stranger and the deceitful ice.
