Feeling his sister pressing against him, the silver agouti boy leaned into her, hoping to find comfort of his own with her too. All the words coming from his Aunt were more and more confusing as he tried to wrap his head around what she was saying. Why did Sirius die? Was it something they didn't do? Didn't play with him enough or include him enough? Or was it because he didn't have a dad too?
The questions boiled within him, but he kept quiet as he listened to Woya try to explain. When she admitted she was scared there was something that took away or hurt their dad, he too couldn't help the tears that flooded from his eyes. Marrah's questions volleyed back to Woya, her despair clear within her voice. He was slowly becoming numb as he was hung up on the idea of something hurting or taking away his dad so he couldn't come back to them. Why would they do that? The tears that flooded from his eyes soon became frozen against his cheeks as Marrah left his side and flopped down into the snow. Caelyn sat where he was, frozen.
