Round Stone Crest bombs away

The boy's speech was far from laconic. The older wolf smiled right back at the mention of her intended role. A soft nod followed while the golden yearling fought to bring forth more. It seemed as though he did know quite a few of the roles. The rambling ended inconclusively, with Datura looking as indecisive as he was before, but a good deal less nervous and panicked. She turned her bright eyes away; focusing again on the trail in front of them. It was a good idea to at least mention a couple of things he hadn't, in case they were genuinely unknown to the confused youth. “There's also survivalists and disciplinarians, if either of those interest you. ” Her tone rose inquisitively.  “You have to choose one that sounds like fun. Even if you take on other roles later you have to pick somewhere to start,” she grinned gently. “I suppose you could try shadowing some of the others to see what their role is like, if that helps.” She was really trying. There was no way the woman could tell him what to pick. He needed to know. All she could do was give him the tools to decide with, and the reassurance that no, no one was going to be angry at him for juvenile confusion. It was a big decision; and if he rushed into it he could easily land himself in a role he wasn't suited for.
