At the young woman's words she wondered if the girl knew that her brother would have to go through this too, not just get accepted right away. Rhysis and Naira would never approve. Especially Rhysis and his little challenges he always proposed. No wolf that he would come across would go unchallenged. However, she was glad that Naira had been the one to find this one. She didn't exactly want to wait around for a challenge.

So she was glad when Naira accepted her. She recalled the young girls words about fighting. Perhaps after her training with Rhysis, she could see how good this one said she was. Athena may be small and not look like a fighter, but you can't underestimate. It could kill yeah. Once Naira took her leave, she looked towards Chantille, hoping she'd be her chatty self and work up a conversation on the "tour".

Chantille listened to Naira's words we will see. Oh, joyous day! Chantille was no longer the new wolf! With a small smile, she nodded to her leadess and Naira, turning on her heel to follow her family back to the den site. Naira looked tired, and she sure as hell should be- her stomach looked as if it were to pop at any moment. The pups would be due any day now, and Chant would keep an eye on the newborns with these new pack members around. Although they pledged their loyalty, they must still be watched. The wolf Jedd that she had heard of had said he would stay loyal to the pack, but he had not.

With a sigh, Chantille smiled to Shentai, flicking her tail to follow them. "Come along now, I've got lots to show you!" she said, nodding her head to her own words. Her creamy peltage captured the moonlight, bringing an eerie glow to her tones. She knew that Athena hoped she would talk. That she would...oh how she loved to chit-chat.
