http://a.imageshack.us/img716/1881/lalamr.png); width:450px; text-align:center;"> THE ATLANTIC WAS BORN TODAY AND I'LL TELL YOU HOW No—the answer to her question was surprisingly short and to the point, unlike his typical ramblings. She blinked, deliberating, and then shrugged; she was not so much truly offended, for she didn't find him that attractive, either. Perhaps if the thought of boys actually interested her, she might, but the boy crazy phase had never really hit her—it seemed unlikely it ever would, considering she couldn't fathom being able to stand many wolves, male or female, outside of her family. In truth, Weldering's appearance was rather intriguing and perhaps a little odd; his blue eyes were enigmatic and his gray coat was not much more common. No matter, his short answer left her confused, uncertain if she was ugly or pretty or what. After a moment, she decided not to be insulted, but relieved; the idea of having someone continually by her side struck her as oddly annoying. Giving a huff, she responded just as bluntly, “Good,” and left it at that, ignoring (or perhaps oblivious to) his stare. Appearances aside, looking up from the stream and around their surroundings proved that they had hit a dead end. The tunnel they had ventured down tapered into a narrow crack, water falling gently out of it. Clearly, neither of them could fit through a crevice so minuscule, leaving Junai to huff in blatant disappointment—the idea of stopping and leaving just when she was beginning to enjoy herself was frustrating. In truth, while they bickered like an old married couple or something along those lines, Junai rather enjoyed Weldering's company... He was strange and foreign and odd and exciting. Not, of course, that she would ever mention this tidbit to him—she didn't want to inflate his already ginormous ego, after all. “I guess, uh... I guess I should go home then. Indy and the others are probably worried...” Or maybe not. Maybe they didn't care at all... She hoped they did, though. In any case, Torla was there to compete with and Borlla and Triell were probably getting up to all sorts of mischief. Junai deliberated, clearly uncertain as to what she wanted to do, before remarking sternly, “Nah, let's keep it a secret. Don't tell anyone or you'll get struck by lightning—got it?” She managed a glare, pale eyes staring most threateningly at him, clearly assuming him to be the sort to blab... Considering he had met Indru and the meeting left Indru spazzing at her, she believed the assumption to be justified. After giving him a militaristic nod, she turned and made her way back to the entrance, calling into the darkness behind her, “Bye, Weldering Darksidy! If you tell anyone, I'll know and I'll kick your scrawny butt, don't forget thaaat!” |

TOGETHER WE'RE INVINCIBLE
Don't tell anyone? Well if by anyone she meant Indru then Weldering had no intention of really talking to her older brother. Though for that matter he did not see where the harm was in letting a few of the other lone wolves he had met know about the tunnels. But Junai really did not want that information ever getting back to her brother and the young brute kneaded his brow in an awkward fantod manner. Well if Junai was that bothered by letting others know and keeping it a secret he would do his best to uphold that. Nodding a little which would have been barely visible in the darkness.
As Junai now prepared to leave trotting back towards the exit he followed her for a little way back into the main large chamber they had originally found. Weldering's plan to to carry on exploring and even perhaps spend the night using the tunnels as a shelter. "See you later Junai!" He called out, for he no doubts that they would see each other again intentionally or not.
