The large russet fae nodded her head as Shade spoke. The idea of a friend in a potential future pack was not unwelcome and his sister might be a good lead on Sloane. At least it was a step in the right direction. She at least knew him, if not his exact location. She smiled as he finished his small speech.
"Thank you for your kind words and your suggestion." Her voice was friendly, polite and tinged with a good helping of relief at a solid lead.
When Guiness gently touched her shoulder and looked northward, she knew his desires despite his lack of words. He was anxious to be on the move. Not because he wanted to go, but because he wanted so badly to stop. He'd never been meant to be a rogue any more than she had. He was not as social as she, but he was a sentinel and a warrior and he longed to put down roots. He had put aside his own desires for so long because of her. He wanted to find Sloane, but he could easily have just let it be and settled somewhere. It was her drive that pushed them so hard for so long and his drive to protect her.
She nodded in understanding at her Rock, before turning back to Shade.
"Again, thank you. It's time for us to be on our way again. The sooner that we find Sloane, the sooner that we might see one another again... perhaps at your borders!" With that she tipped her head graciously at the dark wolf and turned northward, knowing that Guiness would be close behind, following where she led...
