Hotei Tainn
Kasai watched on in interest as the two wolves fought in a flurry of twists and turns blending brownish fur with black. When his nose caught the scent of blood in the air Kasai lets his muzzle tighten into a snarl showing the thirsty daggers that lined his jaw. The skin where his burns lay open to the air itched at the sight of such a ferocious battle. It was normal for wolves to fight and scuffle more so by intimidation and brute strength. Battles that shed blood upon the earth like this one were much less common. It made the dark man's blood boil. Even so he dare not intrude upon his leaders fight.

Looking down at the brownish black male that Kasai had met only once before made the burnt wolf feel somewhat disappointed. If the Tainn had known that Shade was an "attack on sight" wolf to his alpha Kasai surely would have confronted the male during their first meeting. Now missing the chance to test his strength out made the black wolf shudder slightly. When was he to get the chance to defend his new packs interests and territory?

"My business is with Slayer, not the lot of fools he convinced to follow him." Elettra's words brought his attention back to the white she wolf who had given the Kage a nasty look not too long ago. He watched with gleaming eyes as Shade Slayer lay wet and pitiful under his dark queen. GLancing towards Spectre to make sure the woman wouldn't make a move towards El Kasai stood rigid lifting his tail ever so slightly in warning. At least until El staggered towards him and used his wide shoulder for support. Then Kasai smooths out his muzzle, lowers his tail, and scents the noble womans wounds as she stands beside him. ,p>It wasn't the first time El had awed him with her trust in the dark man by standing so close. Kasai was not used to wolves trusting him so and the Tainn wanted desperately to keep that trust close. The only other who had ever seemed to trusted him had been Jessie. Any wolves that did that one thing gained more respect from Kasai than even the mightiest leader.

Pulling together the information he had learned about Shade was easy enough. From what Elettra and Shade had argued/fought about Kasai could tell that in some way Shade and some woman had betrayed Elettra's trust. "If I ever see him across the border I won't be as kind as Lady Elettra to let Shade live.." Kasai turned his yellow gaze to Spectre assuming from the previous talk among leaders that she was somehow with Shade. Then the dark wolf tensed his side allowing El to lean as heavily as she needed as they proceeded to leave and head towards home.

(I guess Exit Kasai)

Partessence Lumason
She was small. Unassuming, if even that. She was obvious. Somewhere in that compact body was muscle, but it was merely for protect what kept her alive. Partessence couldn't throw her weight around, she probably couldn't even properly defend herself should her life depend upon it. She depended on moving, and moving in such a way that prevented others from getting a hold of her. Call it speed, agility, whatever it could be called, but it had served her well in her three years of life. But if she could have suddenly grown huge muscles and five inch long teeth, she would have to help her leader. But Elettra didn't want help, maybe she didn't need help. Party couldn't do anything but watch. She'd grown indifferent towards the female, even the male who was her packmate. What did they matter? Certainly, the dark male would be useful should this little event take a turn for the worst, but from the looks of it, the tables wouldn't be turning.

She smiled as Elettra served the man the final blow, his body hovering in the water. Whatever he'd done, Elettra had gotten her revenge. Maybe this man would learn to stop doing whatever he'd obviously been doing. He could benefit from it and maybe whoever followed him would benefit too. Angry words were spat at Spectre, and Party let her own jowls lift in the white woman's direction, her tail stiff behind her as she moved in Elettra's direction, moving in towards her other side, in case whatever she was experiencing resulted in another swerve of movement. She had nothing to say, though wished for some command, some duty. She felt incapable, helpless. She needed to fix that. <b style="color:#8f8806">

Spectre Slayer

The fact that Shade was completely unresponsive was terrifying, almost enough to leave her to the point of being unable to think. However, Spectre managed to remain at his side until the wolves had withdrawn, her muscles quivering as the Adrenaline faded from them, leaving her feeling weak kneed. now what was she to do? If she dragged Shade across the ground, his wounds would only grow worse, but if she left him, he was likely to be killed by some opportunistic carnivore. The female growled in frustration before she latched her jaws on his nape, determined to at least drag him from the lakeside, and into some kind of shelter. Maybe, just.. maybe, she could find a place to hide him so she could find help...Somewhere.. Anywhere.
