Senka Flint allow me this moment of bliss so I may begin to miss the torment Something yearned in her to explore, to seek out what was beyond the pack borders. It wouldn't be long before she was back safely within the pack borders anyway. She just had to know what was out there...It didn't matter that the rain was pouring down and freezing her to the bone when as she travelled with long strides. There surely was a shelter nearby she could use, when it would become too much and she absolutely had to. Something deep within her warned that she shouldn't be doing this, that this could cost her the pack whose borders she had left behind not long ago. As loyal as she was to the pack and though it was only a month since joining, already the call had come to her, crying out for her to stretch her long legs and ease the ache that had slowly built over the last month. Surely, her leader would not mind her expanding on her knowledge of what bordered her lands. Besides, it would drive her wild, knowing that there were greater lands to explore just a few steps out of the borders, where she could begin her adventure...Shaking her head, Senka scolded herself and promised that it would be a little longer before turning around and heading back to the borders. No-one would know she had gone and if asked, a simple hunt could cover why she had left. Though, she remembered to take note in the back of her mind, a rabbit or something would be needed to corroborate that story. Soon, the scenery changed from woodland to something that couldn't be ignored. Slowing to a stop, orange-gold eyes took in the sight that been stumbled across. Peacefulness. That's how she described the grove she was now in. It was calm and peaceful, the ground around her almost radiating the feelings as they traveled all through her body, calling to sooth the lust within her that called her to travel here in the first place. Despite the rain, it was a lovely place. The rain added to the cool ambiance of the grove, the air cool as it was breathed in, scented with faint smells of wood and prey. Senka couldn't help but feel relaxed as she stood there in the rain. To someone looking in, it looked odd that the reddish-brown female wasn't seeking any kind of shelter from the rain yet they couldn't argue against it either, when they felt the calming nature surrounding them. The odd bird called out to another, the smell of rain and the freshness it brought along with it (as heavy as it was) and simply the overall calm that almost hums beneath one's paws, <b style="font-family:georgia; color:#fefefe;"> |
