Senka Flint allow me this moment of bliss so I may begin to miss the torment When the idea first came to mind, nervousness overtook Senka, though she had no idea why. Pack hunts weren't an unfamiliar concept to her at all. So what made this one so different? Was it because she was in a completely different pack and didn't wish to fail in front of her new leader and pack mates? But it needed to be done, so she could show what she could do and prove her worthiness. With her mind made up, Senka lifted her head to let the call go out to any and all Willow Ridge pack members know that there was a pack hunt about to begin and whoever wished to join in, to come to where she was. Though still not knowing everyone within the pack, Senka believed it was time for a hunt to occur as no pack hunts had been called for since her joining of the pack. Of course, one could have been held before and she wouldn't know about it. It had been roughly a month though since then and it seemed wise to do it. Like herself, the others must have been relying on themselves to hunt small mice and other creatures. She already knew where the hunt would be taking place. There was a deer herd moving through the north of the territory and Senka knew they had found a suitable gazing area because they had been there since this morning. They would more then likely be there for the next day or so. Lowering her head after the last note, Senka wondered who would arrive and when. Her voice would be new to the pack but not only would it hold the truth that she was indeed part of their pack, @Elettra would recognize it and hopefully be the first to arrive. The others, save for one, she didn't know yet and thus had no idea if or when they would arrive. She didn't even really know the size of the pack but knew it must be big enough to support the pups she had heard of. They must be old enough to be learning to how hunt now. Shaking her head free of thought, she waited patiently for the first arrivals of the pack, sitting down with her tail curled around her paws. Her posture spoke that she was relaxed yet attentive, though she would show the correct posture when it was needed. She knew her place yet as this would be the first time in quite some time she had orchestrated a pack hunt, focus was key in order to accomplish what she set out to do and she hoped the others would understand. <b style="font-family:georgia; color:#fefefe;"> |
