MERCY get your things, we're leaving when the morning birds are singing, we're sailing. There was a lot of tension between the two males, that Mercy could tell for certain. Faol seemed to be even more angry when he found out who Mercy was, and that Crowe was taking care of him. A bit of information had been shared with Mercy regarding Faol, but hs mother was a rather tight-lipped woman and didn't tent to gossip, not even with those with whom she was closest. So Mercy had no clue as to why this man, who her mother had spoken fleetingly but fondly about, was being such a bum. He really didn't seem to like Crowe which put him directly in Mercy's bad book. If someone had a problem with Crowe, then they had a problem with Mercy too. And he could feel Faol's disapproval even from the distance away that he stood. <b style="font-family:georgia; color:#fefefe;">"Uhuh," He said, when Faol questioned the fact that Crowe had been asked to puppysit while Sagacity ran some of her scouting errands. There was something about the way he spoke about Mercy's mother that ticked the boy off, though. He didn't interpret Faol's anger correctly, and instead took the tone to mean that he had an issue with Sagacity. Though Mercy was at odds with his mother, it was not okay, whatsoever, for some other male to have a problem with her. Mercy couldn't help but growl softly. <b style="font-family:georgia; color:#fefefe;">"Don't talk about my mom," He said, a warning with a glint of his teeth. Even if he wasn't best pleased with his mother, he wasn't going to allow anyone else to be frustrated with her. He'd had enough of Faol, and he sensed that this argument could just get worse. He looked up at Crowe, then. <b style="font-family:georgia; color:#fefefe;">"Can we go? Please?" He asked, wanting to leave this irritated man far behind. <b style="font-family:georgia; color:#fefefe;"> |
