Keep going or wrapping it up? It's up to you, for I have no problem with either :)

EDIT: Totally forgot about the rabbits nest. If you want, you could play Yuka finding it. I dont really have a problem.

OC: Their gazes were locked as she waited for his answer. Amber-teal clashing with icy blue. Her muzzle dipped into a small frown as he looked away. Yuka shifted, almost nervously? She never wanted him to feel uncomfortable with her. Ever. She was there to always make him happy, not feel weird. As he continued to avoid her gaze, she racked her brain to see what she couldve done to make him feel this way. Was she too close? Suddenly feeling ridiculously insecure, the petite woman was about to move away from Yuka when he finally looked her way.

Watching him look so confident, a smile overtook her frown. Realizing that she had actually moved, she took a small step forward to regain their lost contact. Opening her maw, she spoke what she hoped was a token of wisdom. "Let me tell you something, honey. When you find that dream that's all yours, take hold of it and grasp it tight. For you never know, you could have that dream come true one day. I hope you do get your wish when you find what it is, for I wish you all the happiness in the world, Yuka."

As she finished speaking, she glanced over in the direction she had come. It would be time for her to get back to the borders soon, but right now, she would enjoy their rare time of being together. Placing her attention back on Yuka, she contently waited for his response, or lack thereof. Little did she know, she was his one wish.

Yuka Thorben
He watched his angel closely and noticed how her smile lit up her face in joy, oblivious to the lies he was so easily feeding her. He felt filthy and disgusted with himself, knowing that he was willingly lying to the woman in front of him, the woman who had become his caretaker, that he was no less developing strong feelings for. He bit his tongue as she spoke to him, knowing full well that he would never be able to hold onto what he desired. He was dishonorable to her and his family if he did what he wanted and so cast his wish aside for another time, perhaps when they were both long gone and dead. Clearing his throat, he spoke gently, "Thank you, My Angel, I appreciate everything you have done for me."

When he grew the Knight would take his position as her Guard, even if she wasn't known as Thorben blood, she was still highly valuable to Yuka, and if anyone would dare lay harm onto her he would kill them without thought. The young russet-headed boy adored nature and agreed to go along with its flow, but he knew that if any harm would come to the girl then he would lose it. He wouldn't harbor any self control and would let lose his wrath upon the world. Taking a deep breath he locked eyes with Inali, his teal amber eyes glowing with a fiery passion as he spoke, "The new alpha, Ash...was he a Guardian?" The question was strong and the Thorben was sure of himself. He would have to seek the man out if it were true, because Yuka needed to learn how to fight and to his extent of knowledge, there were no other Guardians within the pack.

Speech.

He was silent for a time, and then spoke in his soft, firm tone that was Yuka alone. His voice was getting deeper she noticed with a small flick of her ear. She drank his words in, and they were meant with silence. But her smile said it all. It was a mixture of happiness and hidden worry. She feared that he was growing too attached to her and her to him. He should have this type of motherly connection with his mother, not her. She feared that if Narime would one day notice their closeness, her driend woupd be hurt. She didn't want to hurt her friend in any way.

Her frenzied thoughts were interrupted by Yuka's voice. Inali turned to listen attentively and was shocked at what she saw. His eyes were lit with...so much passion. It was a beautiful thing to witness in her young one. His question met her ears, and she cocked her head slightly in a thinking manner. She lifted it to a normal position as she opened her maw and looked him straight in the eye. "The truth? I don't know. He sure acts like one though, doesn't he?," she retorted with a small chuckle. "You should go find him one of these days. You can learn alot from a man like him, I think," she continued. And then a secretive, fond smile appeared on her muzzle as she turned in the direction of the mountains. Her eyes fluttered shut as she thought of Steel. Bits of memory flashed before her closed eyelids as she spoke softly, absorbed in memory lane. "He reminds me of a friend of mine." Sighing gently in remembrance of her old friend, she opened her eyes. Turning to Yuka, she grinned. "Any more questions, hon?"

Yuka Thorben

His angel was always honest with him, and as she spoke, he found that he didn't like something...he didn't like something very much. It was the fact that she talked about another...another with such longing. It meant that she was unhappy and the thought was just unacceptable. It was good that she thought that Ash would be a worthy teacher for him though, because Yuka honestly had no clue as to when he was going to be able to train. He was going to be a protector, a protector for one specific wolf in mind anyway. He watched her closely, wanting the happiness to once again return to her eyes and when she grinned at him he couldn't help the tentative smile that would weave its way onto his face.

He didn't know how to answer her question because he knew he didn't have any more questions worthy of her ears, they were all pointless, and he also knew that it would be their time to depart once again, and the thought tore at his insides. ”No...I do not believe so...please, if you change your mind about anything please tell me...I don't know what I would do without you.” He watched as she departed, his teal-flecked amber eyes once again gazing back at him once more. Indeed, he was a mistake and a deformity to his family...he was so unlike them, so hated...he knew he didn't belong here. With a shake of his head, he was once again slicked through his reflection and watched as the ripples through the water disfigured his form. Before his form could once again right itself Yuka drew away and disappeared into the forest, the place he had to call home.
