Namid Vuesain
I'm hoping some of the packmates that Namid hasn't met will be willing to join her! c: @Anthem @Vali @Rift @Hexamora

How lovely are the portals of the night
Namid Macieo
when stars come out to watch the daylight die

Namid, having felt energized and in the mood for some exploration, decided to head out to explore some of the territory she inhabited. Her paw was all but fully functional again, but it seemed at this point that she had no intention of leaving. The better half of her curiousness made her want to find a bit more of what she could about this strange but beautiful place. The Star Dancer had always been one for water, she quite enjoyed swimming and fishing due to the fact that she’d grown up rather close to rivers and small lakes. Being surrounded by it and having the scent wash up in through the air had a calming effect on her, reminding her of her far away home.

Today, she decided she’d explore close to the lake. Feeling much like a pup going out for the first time, for she’d been hulled up in the pack den for some time now while she waiting for her limb to properly heal, she made her way out to the banks that seemed only a short distance away. The earth was still muddy and slightly unstable, having been churned up by the thawing air then refreezing with the bipolar temperature. Today it was nippy outside, still below the temperature it needed to be to keep things from freezing over. As she walked along the sand she felt as if she were walking on small mountains, for the sand had been whipped up into small peaks and the moisture within them freezing them that way. She carefully moved her way along, fluffing up her pelt against the cold and slightly damp wind that blew across the cove. Interest and adventure shone in her mismatched gaze as she went, her nose twitching rapidly as she tried to gather every scent she could and remember everything there was about this new land.

Rift Longwood
@Namid   steals away the star dance

Rift mowed along the egged territory she been straying far from the den lately. But who could blame her the fire burning in her body wasn’t a pleasant felling. And it seemed strong this year than it had been the last. This year she wasn’t the Omega she was the pack’s punching back. But this year she was not she was allowed more freedom and this fire was driving her made. But at least out in near the border far from the den and sent of males and females her fire weekend and she was able to relax just a little. Tough she could not stay at the border forever and had started to make her way back towards the den. Longing for the summer and the freedom from the burning fire. Tough she also wondered if summer would bring pups, at the moment it did not seem like it Vespertio had no mate and it did not seem like he had any idea of allowing any other members of the pack to have pups.

Rift did know the names of some wolves who had join the pack but very few of them had she ever met or rather none of them had she ever med. She let out sighed wondering how it could be that she had not yet talk to them. She had smelled there sent many times and seen there shadows as they left to start of the day in the early morning. Know she was getting closer to where the forest would turn in to lakeside and the scent of the others would make her boy burn like fire once more. But soon a familiar sent who she could not identify whit a face colored the air.  She smiled wondering if she would have the chance to finally meat some of her pack mates as she left the forest stepping out on to the grass witch fast turned in to a sandy riverbank. A silvery figure caught her eye it was one of the new wolves a female, she wondered if she should call out or go all the way over to her to great her sins, she would have to be a higher rank then her.

Rift decided to call out to the other female ”Hey! What you doing?” she asked in a friendly yet cures tone as she made her way over to the female stopping just a few meters away where she bowed her head an lowered her tail in a submissive greeting.

Hexamora Beauvau
OOC: Here comes the big bad wolf ;D

A couple weeks had come to pass since the ivory woman with mismatched eyes found refuge within the Cove pack and with it came health finally. No longer did you seem the outlines of her ribcage and every other bone in her body. The brittle and thin layer of fur covering her body had filled out and gained most of its shimmer back, though still nestled more on the dull side, but it was a vast improvement from the condition she was in when she first joined. There was still some time yet before she would be deemed completely healthy again, but it was a nice progression. Caches were readily available whenever she needed(the majority of empty ones her doing) and a giant lake whenever she wanted water. The Beauvau woman had it made for now and even contemplated further on whether she would leave or not. Her personality didn't agree to being forced into submission whenever Vespertio came around(not caring when in the presence of other pack mates), giving him her loyalty, but there were plans beginning to brew within the confines of her mind. Plans that always left a smug smirk on her thin lips.

Today though plans were left at the den as pearl tinted paws traversed over the partially thawed earth, mud beginning to cake her dainty paws with each step she took on her way towards the lake. Having eaten her fill on a deer leg she dug up from a cache blood now stained her once colorless muzzle and there was no snow now to wipe her face clean. A quick dip in the water and a wipe of her paw would do the trick in preening her face. Tail high and swishing contently behind her there was nothing that could ruin her day - until she padded out into the opening that gave way to the silent lake, nostrils bombarded by the disgusting scent of not one but two other heat riddled females from the pack. One of the two scents she knew from a previous encounter. Rift, a yearling who as ashamed as Hex was to admit, saved her life after she had fallen into an iced over river. The other scent she only knew in passing and had never met the owner behind it. An evident look of disgust wrinkled up the skin of her muzzle before smoothing it out, snorting her opinion. Great, so much for a quiet trip to the lake. Time to put on the good wolf disguise once again. Trotting forward with tail still held above her defiantly(for she didn't give a rats you know what about being submissive to the other members) her colorless paws came to rest at the edge of the lake, stealing a quick couple laps and a dip of her muzzle to clean the blood before one of the females spotted her. If she was lucky she may be able to get away without being seen.

Namid Vuesain

Namid herself had just lowered her muzzle for a drink of her own, her salmon tongue striking the water from parted and chapped lips to pull in the precious liquid for her to swallow. The sound of paw steps crunching on the chilled sand caused her auds to swivel toward the noise, lifting her head quickly and moving it to face the direction of the newcomer. This movement caused the water which had clung to her whiskers to fly out and she quickly rounded the remaining droplets up with a neat swipe of her tongue. The approaching girl seemed to be just over the age of a yearling, with familiar golden eyes like the ones of their leader and a darker tawny pelt to match. The pale woman struggled to remember the name of the yearling than Vespertio had mentioned on their journey, but she pulled up a blank. A friendly smile pulled up on her lips, while as soon as the scent of the girl’s heat hit her she felt the need to dominate. The feral instinct to shove down the other woman’s prospect of reproduction and keep the thought her own. However, the show of submission sated some of the need at that moment and she didn’t want to scare away the younger she-wolf. At another time she would show her what place she was in, but at that moment an introduction was in order. Namid’s chin lifted in a show of power, a nod given to the girl to show she had done good by her display but her friendly smile still showed on her maw. “Hello. I was just out on a stroll, I thought I might try to see more of our beautiful territory. I do not believe we have met before now, I am Namid Macieo.” She introduced in her normal formal tone. The pale woman had yet to shake her proper speech, and it seemed unlikely that she ever would at this point.

The scent of another filled her senses and she turned her attention to the faint sound of lapping water. A little ways away, a woman older than herself was grabbing a drink. Her pale pelt of ghostly white stood out against the grainy tan of the sand and the rocky area around them, and it looked almost as if she were trying to hide herself from them. Upon closer inspection, though, a frown marred the Star Dancer’s maw. The posture of the woman didn’t please her, not one bit. The way she held herself, as if she were the one in charge, almost made a growl snake its way up her throat. Even at a distance from them, the woman should never had held herself in the stance she was in. Namid’s own tail rose to a flagging position, her chin lifting in distain. “Hello over there, might you want to come join your packmates. I do not believe I have had the…pleasure of meeting you yet,” She called, her voice rising to a volume that ensured that the white woman could hear her plainly. A slight tone of strain was heard, as her risen hormones forced her to want to go over herself and set the lower ranking she-wolf straight.

Rift Longwood
Fats note to Namid: hex and rift have already met and hex introduced herself as primrose :D

rift watch the female as she turned her attention to rift.  The silver woman seemed disturbed by her bur it soon turned in to a greeting, whit a slight tone telling that named was the one on top. Rift did not rally mind the woman’s dominance she seemed reliable and right now the pack need this kind of wolves the once who was able to stand there ground.  Rift could smell the heat of the woman and felt her owen bloid boil slightly tough she focused on keeping it suntanned. Not wanting to create a fight whit her, she would rather befriend this wolf. After all she had pretty much pissed of Vespertio by not chasing out her friend when he had come looking or her. a mistake which she would happily take the fall for, after all tag was a trusted friend of hers. ”a pleaser to meet you Namid, I’m Rift…. Longwood” a moment of silence broke out between her name and last name she was not use to go by it after all she had tried so hard to forget her wrong doing. ”mind if I join you? It’s more fun to walk whit some on ells than all alone”

rift nose twitched as the way to familiar sent caught her attention and she wished by all her heart that it was just her nose playing tricks but soon Namid turned to great her the dove colored woman who she had helped out of the frozen lake. Her submissive stance crumbled as Namid seemed to show interest in primrose who she had weary little respect for. Soon she add not a greeting but a teasing smile “hey prim don’t go falling in the lake again!” Rift had no plane about showing primrose any kind of respect higher rank or not, she was a jerk in her mind not wroth any kind of respect. She wondered why Vespertio had let a wolf like her join tough the answer was not to surprising after all the dove colored female had seemed like and okay wolf when she had first meat her too. She did not trust or like this so called Primrose

OOC: Hex may or may not end up picking a fight xD

Not today. As her salmon tongued lapped at the frigid surface of the water to bring its cool liquid down her pipes the sound of voices wafted onto the air in her direction, pricking her ears forward while lifting her head to swing it in the direction of the one who had called out to her. A low grumble formed in her throat noticing the pair of wolves off in the distance chit-chatting like girls at a slumber party. The mixture of tawny next to a paler, silver form met her mismatched gaze, tail still held in a rigid position behind her despite the body posturing the silvery woman held when addressing Hexamora. Laughter almost broke past the thin lining of her lips at the display. Did this pack wolf really think that she gave a crap about the ranking system and her posturing would force the dove pelted woman into submission? Hexamora Beavau bowed down to nobody and only did so around Vesper to keep from ruining plans brewing in her skull. For the rest of the members she didn't show any sign of submission. They were not above her in her mind, nobody was.

A new voice echoed on the air though as Rift spoke up now. Her tone of voice teasing with words of not falling into the lake again. This boiled her blood and gave her enough reason to lift the curtains sheathing her yellowed teeth, a snarl rumbling beneath their gaps at the tawny female. "Watch your tongue, pup." she threatened before lowering her ebony lips, eyes returning to the silvery female whom still held her higher posture. "I'll pass so how about we keep it that way and you two go be chummy while I enjoy keeping to myself." As soon as the words left her mouth her head lowered back down to the waters surface, stealing a couple more laps to soothe the dryness that remained in the confines of her throat. Tail sticking to its rigid position just to piss off the others. Today was not going to be a social meet and greet.

Namid Vuesain

Namid was normally a placid soul and rarely felt rubbed the wrong way by any sort of soul. That much had to have been obvious by the way that she’d handled Bishop Lyall when she had been blatantly called the pale woman a bitch to her face. Anyone who managed to actually rile her up had to have been someone directly descended from the devil. That wolf seemed to be the colorless woman. She seemed to stare the Star Dancer right in the eye, as if to tell her “Really, YOU?”. Heat of anger trailed from the tips of her ears down to her tailtip, and her mismatched gaze narrowed. Behind her, she could sense a presence change in Rift. She was no longer in a pleasing lowered position, and seemed to lift herself in a manner that only fueled Namid’s progressing agitation. As she finished her plainly snide remark, the second turned and snapped her teeth in her face as a clear mark to tell her to be quiet. She would smooth things over later perhaps, but that would be another time.

Primrose, as Rift had mentioned, had a reaction that finally hit the nail on the head. Her snarl and her words of denial to an introduction between them sent Namid moving toward her stiff legged, ears pinned, and pelt ruffed in agitation. She was not messing around, not then and not with this wanna-be alpha who was only a scrap of pelt in the eyes of the pissed fae. As she closed in on Primrose her posture changed, rising to make her look quite the formidable and absolutely peeved opponent she was. “How about you watch your mouth. You being allowed to stay in this pack is a privilege that can be revoked, you would do well to remember that. Perhaps you want to show some respect and kindly introduce yourself like I asked,” She bit out, her tone anything but friendly. Everything in her voice pronounced the leader she would become in the near future, and the frigidness in her voice was enough to freeze over the lake entirely. It was apparent that she was not one to be messed with.

Rift Longwood
Warning:  Swearing
Spoiler: Rift might challenge Hexamora for her ranking later, when I got any kind of idea how to play out a rank challenge :D

rift snapped back at primrose “at least I am not so mutt brained that I try crossing the thin ice of an over frozen river…..” she was about to speak out further when the warning sound of snapping teeth made her silence. A warring, which she hated and had to keep herself from breaking. Having the feeling that Namid did not like her chance in stance, she mowed so that she would stand just behind her and her head would be just behind Namid’s shoulder. Rift knew this was a poor excuse for a submissive stance, but at least she was standing behind Namid so that she would be in front. She had no reason to bow down, not wanting to give to dove colored woman the pleasure of her big a higher ranking. She hoped that soon she would be able to change the ranking of prim and herself. Tough it would have to wait for a while, she need to get more experience first.

Rift staid back as Namid mowed forward. Felling kind of bad about hoping that Primrose would make a mistake and pick a fight they would be tow against one. Not that she wanted to fight, but she really could not stand the dove colored woman and he no reason not to. she let out a sigh wondering if this would really end whit a fight, or if Primrose would go against her nature and bow down to avoid trouble. She did not take any kind of idea that Namid would back off. And kind of admired her for it, after all rift had been an omega for a long time and was used to wolf binge assholes in front of her though Namid was strong, and not a total jerk like someone ells who was currently around. She allowed herself to relax a little sitting down while still keeping her eyes on the to women.

Hexamora Beauvau
If Hex is around by time that point comes. Namid might just kill her right here and now xD

If the dove colored female thought winter was cold she obviously had never before felt the frigid ice filling the air produced by the pale woman as she closed the distance between the two, body rigid in a dominant display. A display that Hexamora, or Primrose to these fools, foolishly squared up to with the puffing out of her fur to increase her own size, ears pinned forward and equally rigid demeanor. Of course being of the arctic decent it did little to help her cause being shorter than the already taller she wolf. But this was all overlooked as the Beauvau woman stared defiantly back. All thoughts of Rift disappearing. This was solely between the two big honchos. "Then why don't you revoke it princess." An extended pause in words. "Oh wait, you can't. This isn't your pack to call the shots in. You're not the leader!" Hex spat back in a chilling tone of her voice, her pair of mismatched spheres coming to a partial slit as they glared back. It would take a lot more than just some dumb posturing and threatening word to bring this woman into submission. If she wanted respect she would have to earn it by tooth and nail. Respect was earned not given freely.

Time seemed to stand still by the lakeside as the two hormone fueled females stood face to face with muscles so tense one could feel it on the air once they entered the circular perimeter. The corners of Hex's ebony lips twitching with the threat of revealing the whites of teeth, wanting so badly to snap them in Namid's face in warning and in hopes of drawing blood from her snout. At this point it was hard to tell what was hormones and what was pure blood lust. Oh how the pearl woman loved to pick a fight. To push the buttons of others until they snapped and folded under the pressure. She wasn't in the best conditions nor held the best odds in winning should this stand off turn into a full fledged fight, but that didn't matter to Hex. What she truly wanted was to see just what this big talking woman was made of. Everyone could talk the talk, but could she talk the talk? Or was she all bark and no bite? Only one way to truly find out and it was now Namid's move.

"Speech."
