Enoki Archer
I want Enoki to have kids goddamn it. Make cute little piebald puppies xD And that would just be awesome if it ends up coming full circle between the two of them

All around them the ominous rain and thunder continued to make its presence known. The angled wind blowing sheet after sheet of rain against their sides until even their bones felt soaked from the liquid. Thunder booming overhead loud enough to bring both sets of ears belonging to the woman down in protection from the sound before returning to a forward facing position. Words fluttered from the sunny eyed woman's lips, but the torrential downpour and cracks of thunder made it hard at best to make the syllables coherent enough to register as words to her ebony painted audits. Eventually after much mental rearranging of words Enoki put together what Iopah had said. The droplets of water coursing down her muzzle to drip off the ends. A shake of her head to answer the other sending the liquid drops flinging to either side of her.

How could she have given a piece of her mind to him? Like a thief in the night the earth toned man had slide under the cover of darkness from the makeshift bed they had made. Not a single sign left behind in the morning of his whereabouts aside from the fading scent. A scent that headed back towards the mountain. Back towards Silent Moon Plateau. Away from her. The pain and anger she felt towards him remained unspoken. Locked away and bottled at her core. The lid only now beginning to peel back from the unexpected run in with her past. Meeting the golden optics of Iopah once more with the deep amber of her own her head rose stiffly. Opting to give the woman who was only trying to help a little more detail on the situation. "He was gone before the first light of day after our.."Her words paused to motion towards Iopah's swelled sides. Knowing she would know what she meant by the motion. "I never had the chance to confront the coward." Venom beginning to lace her words as the memory of that night replayed over and over like an old movie in her head. Bringing forth the anger that was crammed inside. Her tail lashing like a whip behind her.

Noting the rise in her anger levels, the skin beneath her pelt warming despite the soaking it received from the rain a deep breath was taken to calm herself down. The Barberri woman before he was not the one who deserved to hear the rampage words she wished to say. No, those words only he deserved to hear. Hesitantly and slowly her dark limbs crossed the barrier of sodden land that separated the two wolves, adorning her friend with a nudge to her cheek. "I'd like to keep it that way." The first glimpse of a genuine smile surfacing on Enoki's dark lips.

Iopah Reinier
-starts shipping Enoki with everyone- also, Io and Koda would very interested to know Danica got herself knocked up... *wink*

Iopah didn't want to be spared the words. Ears swept forward to listen even as rain trickled into them. The Reinier woman was a Barberi daughter at heart and had learned of strife and loss at a young age. She was not going to shy away from the truth anymore than she would shy away from a trespasser. Her eyes narrowed at first from the rain, pale lids squinting to protecting gold irises. The answer started to come and her eyes narrowed further with each successive word that Enoki uttered. A coward he was indeed. Iopah snorted into the rain, a gesture that conveyed disgust far more effectively than her words could have. The women's shared history stretched far back into war, but the opposition made them similar and the motion was understood instantly. A male had courted her, taken her, and then left!? Anger was a familiar emotion and creamy toes clenched mud as it swept uselessly through her.

The distance was slowly closed between them. Iopah searched the piebald's feature; not for danger, but a name. "Who?" She demanded firmly. Time would not be spent searching, but Iopah wanted to be sure to give an appropriate greeting should the degenerate ever cross her path. The barbarian-at-heart was ready to fan the flame and continue their current conversation. There was no hesitation as Iopah counted with an easy shoulder bump, but she did give a grumbling sigh at the topic that had just passed. This shouldn't have happened to her friend. She murmured into the piebald shoulder, "Then it will stay this way."

Enoki was the only wolf from her past to not label her a succubus. Iopah didn't want to pull away, but a noise rose over the rain-storm. A familiar voice was calling and looking for her. She'd been gone for too long already. Koda would come searching if she didn't return shortly. A brief howl was sent back in a tone she hoped would calm. It felt a little like rubbing it in, so Iopah said nothing of her attentive mate. An embarrassed smile was made as she stepped away and in the direction of her pack-mates. "You can't tell anyone you found us. We've made enemies, Koda's own daughter tried to attack him." There was an uncomfortable pause. Her jaws clenched and she admitted: "I had to knock @Danica away myself. "

Enoki Archer

"Heigen." She admitted dryly with a short wrinkle of her muzzle. A flavor of distaste settling on her taste buds already just by the mere mentioning of the man that had had his way with the Ashrelle woman. But as soon as the name was mentioned she was glad for the topic change despite the dangerous look behind Iopah's eyes that egged for more of the subject.

A second voice booming over the sound of the rain then caught both woman's attention. Dark tinged ears perking at the familiarity of the voice as it summoned the expecting mother back to safety. A tinge of jealously surged in her heart at what Iopah had even if the woman did her best to keep the already known secret just that. There was no hiding the fact Koda and Iopah had become an official pairing now. The swelling of her abdomen was only a fraction of the signs and a meek, yet genuine smile reflected upon her lips in response to the embarrassed one her friend offered before the mood returned serious. Words spilling from the sun eyes woman's mouth about keeping them secret. The fear of one of their newly acquired enemies dangling thickly on each syllable at the mention of Danica attacking her own father. "Danica? I can't imagine her subjecting herself to such brash behavior with cubs of her own growing inside her." And just like that the vital piece of information regarding Koda's daughter was dropped. Of course Enoki had no idea when exactly the incident had occurred. Whether it be before her encounter with the impregnated girl or after.

"But you should go before Koda worries himself into exhaustion. You're location will be safe with me and if I can find a way to help I will." The smile on her lips spreading wider as the top of her muzzle pressed into Iopah's rear flank in an attempt to shoo her home. Nudging her back the way she had come. The two would meet again on better terms. This she was sure of.

Iopah Reinier
@Enoki

She was stunned into silence and frozen with surprise. "What?", her mind whispered and mouth repeated without thought. It couldn't be. For a brief moment her eyes searched Enoki's expression for a hint of doubt, before falling away in acceptance. No, the Ashrelle woman would never have made such a mistake. Iopah tried to force the new statement into reality, but there were endless details and questions that pelted her like so many drops of rain. Koda was going to be a grandfather. Danica was insane. Nina's rule had been broken again. These children would be raised in a pack that had forbidden them by a mentally-unstable mother. It was too much to process now; Iopah could only gaze back with what was clearly shock.

The piebald gently prodded Iopah from her thoughts, the mention of Koda being enough to place her back in the here and now. "He worries too much." Was a low-murmured retort, but she was already stirring. Moving to shake what water she could from shoulders and wide stomach. The two friends had to part, but they would continue to look out for another. The assurance fell over her like rainwater and she turned awkwardly to butt a head against a swatch of white fur. "Thank you," Iopah said sincerely, sighing as she pulled back. "Be careful around Danica... there is something wrong with her." She didn't know how else to explain the girls condition. Certainly the Ashrelle woman was quick-witted enough to make use of the warning.

Iopah hurried back to her little group. They weren't a pack yet, didn't even have land to claim, but she trusted them. They would be all right. Other the mountain, in a land Iopah had known well, something had gone wrong. There was little she could do with this news besides share it. Upon her return, Iopah spoke of her friend and how to recognize the amber eyed piebald. Pausing with a glance to catch @Koda and @Silentium's attention, she told them of everything Enoki had said to her. They were in this together, and she would not keep secrets any longer.

"Speech."
