On her way inside of the territory where Moraxia would find her new home among these kind wolves, @Raela had described to her some of the ways of the pack. She had explained that the alpha male Gent had decided to issue defense training to all members to assure everyone’s safety. The pack was very well constructed in Moraxia’s eyes; the wolves were able to lean on one another without worry, and she had concluded all to be quite trustworthy from the wolf’s description. She was feeling strong in her decision to join as she made her way slowly throughout the territory, exploring the wilderness she would have to be getting used to in the near future. Her clumsy feet padded softer now through the land, surveying all that was around her. She knew she was to meet Gent before dusk, as he as instructed, so she stopped to inspect the sun every once in a while in her travels. Deciding to meet him in the early-afternoon, she trotted up the large mountain-like hill closer to the den.
Stopping not far off from the den, the wolf allowed a respectable distance to account for privacy, if that’s where the alphas happened to be; she didn’t want to overstep her boundaries on her already generous acceptance so soon. Planting her feet firmly on the ground, she stood tall and casually leaned her head back, letting out a low, soft howl. There was no reason to bellow throughout the woods like her first time now that she was aware Gent was around. Moraxia waited quietly after her howl, admiring the birds above her as they chirped and sprung from branch to branch. Her coat glistened and shined underneath the patches of branches above her that allowed small bits of sunlight to escape through, highlighting the amber wolf’s earthly brown eyes as they searched the forest with wonder, getting lost in the silence of nature.
Her new home was absolutely stunning.
