The old man was sated. When he dipped his head, Craw felt a vicious surge in his chest, a sentiment which felt a lot like finally - and he'd managed to make it all the way to the end of it with utmost politeness. Morganna should be proud... and
grateful. The small act of submission might have been enough to another wolf, but it was too superficial for Craw, who pushed himself to all fours and strode towards where the previous-Third lay.
Leave Skoll in the dark. His pale lip curled, but he did not contest it; he would leave Skoll alone as long as it suited him. While this shift in ranks was not him making some bid on the leadership - rather, just smoothing out a kink in the system - it left Skoll directly above him... and that was an interesting position to be in.
Stood directly over Angier, Craw stared down hard at the elderly man with his head by his paws, and though he said nothing and did not touch him, there would have been no mistaking it. For a moment he considered enforcing the point physically, but decided it was enough to just linger there for a moment, because Angier had submitted already; he would likely only harm the man by pressing it. It would have been unwise to allow that to happen.
"Good day, Angier," he wheezed, a soft growl in his tone, and then left the man to his thoughts.
