Leorio wasn't quite sure what to make of these woodlands. He'd seen trees before, but they had never been this tall or so closely packed together. It was beautiful, there was no denying that (Leorio knew beauty when he saw it), but it was nothing like he knew. It was nothing like the white tundra of his homeland. That was to be expected of course, he'd left home with every intention of settling into some new scenery but he hadn't anticipated to travel this far south. It was no problem, Leorio was pretty adaptable and really he thought that green was better than white. Not accounting his gorgeous coat of course.
Still, Leorio had been roaming a while and he had yet to stumble into another wolf. He wasn't going out of his way to look for one, after all if he was his method wouldn't consist of aimlessly wandering about. But that being said, he wouldn't be upset if he happened across a fair maiden. The thought alone was enough to make Leorio grin in anticipation. He knew there were wolves about, he had never been the best tracker but even he could catch the heavy scent of wolves on the breeze. Multiple wolves, a pack most likely. Which was another reason as to why he was lingering like a bad smell. Hanging around near the borders was one thing, but trespassing into a pack's lands was another. It was rude, something only a lumbering brute would consider. Leorio was... Leorio was better than that. He had tact and skill. Not to mention his charm, wit and A-class social skills. If he did happen to encounter anyone, he was certain that he would do fine. No one could resist this face and the plethora of charm that came with it.
And well, if it was a lady then he was extra well equipped to deal with the situation. Leorio grinned once again, feeling smug and so very sure of himself. Oh yes, he'd shine like a star. Dazzling, courageous, alluring. The ladies didn't stand a chance.
