He found the territory of his new pack boring, and more than ever, Larkspur missed his shaded, twisted tree. He needed to seek Sahalie out soon, and see what exactly was on the girl's mind. Certainly she didn't mean to stay within this pack forever, and he somehow doubted she even thought to attempt to lead the wolves here. This was all temporary and as much as he didn't like it, he'd have to be patient. Months ago, he had been anxious to come up north, and even had intended to continue out of Relic Lore. Having grown accustomed to the dark mists of the Spectral Woods, he was becoming anxious to head back south (as he assumed that's where Sahalie was wanting to go).
He left his pack's territory behind, feeling that refreshing sense of freedom that he got from being away from a place he disliked. Lark leaned down to sniff at the snow, hoping to find the trail of a rabbit.
