Lana had been happily mouthing a clump of dirt when she caught movement in her peripheral vision. Interest piqued, the girl craned her neck to get a better look. Puppy-blue eyes narrowed as she studied the thing. It was unlike all other things she had seen before. It was white instead of the usual black, puffy where the blobs normally zooming through the sky were more defined. Nope, definitely not something the young Tainn had ever noticed before, which meant that she had to taste it. The dirt clump already forgotten, Lana scrambled towards the puff.
Her gaze remained fixed on the thing as it swayed with the breeze, swirling, zig-zagging, and diving just out of her reach. Now if only it would come down here. Offering a bark to let it know that it should definitely make it's way into her mouth, Lana opened her mouth to catch it. Down, down it came, just as she had wanted it to, before another gust swept it back up into the air. This elicited a series of unhappy noises to fly from her throat. Everything from barks, to growls, and huffs of frustration.
She even tried to jump in an attempt to catch the offending puff, but unfortunately, her tubby frame was unable to cooperate, and she ended up more or less just lurching at the thing.
