Eirian Asurn
Open to any pack members - Random Even: Aurora Heights, some sort of mild illness is going around.

Great. Just great. The copper male groaned as he crisscrossed his paws over the throbbing section of his forehead that just wouldn't quit no matter how hard he tried, sniffles belonging to a runny nose not exactly helping the ache that plagued his head since he awoke that morning. Resting against the trunk of one of the sparse collection of fir trees that dotted his new mountain home he knew it was only a matter of time before one of his new pack mates would stumble across his sickened body and begin to ask questions Eirian was far from ready to begin entertaining. Young and dumb abominations such as those he now lived among were always quick to point the finger.

Being the new guy it would be the easiest route to place the blame on him should anyone else come down with the same cold that wracked his body. Especially the young pup Eirian had noticed trotting around the place. The ugly little thing's name lost to the newest member of the heights. Oh well. Another groan escaped the man's lips as he shifted to lay on his side, peeking through the small gap between his paws to watch the rolling fog continue onward through his mountain home. Oh, how he almost wished someone would just come waltz through that fog and end his miserable existence in that moment.

Abaddon
The illness that was going around had not slipped past the ebony second. Her head felt compressed at the temples with congestion. She started sleeping away from the others with hopes that it would not spread anymore and that it might leave faster if it didn't have other hosts to feed upon. After a few nights of that, though, it seemed that plan was falling through. She tried her best to keep going about her normal schedule of patrols but it was rough when she felt like shit all the time.

Abba was more or less sulking through the lands. Her body hunched as she dragged herself along. There was a good chance she looked like a sad puppy than she did the second of the Heights. A groan caught her ears and pulled her from her sulking for a moment. Slowly she moved towards where the sound had been made. As she closed the distance she caught a familiar russet form. "You got it too then." The large female said it more as a statement rather than a question. She couldn't think of any other reason for him to look as pitiful as herself mentioning she had bumped into him a few weeks ago and he looked rather healthy.

She slumped down onto the ground a few yards away from him. Sick wolf crew here they come.

Eirian Asurn
Almost too literally, fate had sent a black angel of death to harvest the sickly man's soul not long after the thought had disappeared from his mind. Like a megaphone dialed up to eleven, or maybe twelve, and reinforcing the sound of a jackhammer Abaddon's words ricochetted throughout his skull and had Eirian groaning once more as his body writhed against the earth slightly to rid the insistent throbbing that would not go away.

"Do you have to be so fucking loud?" He spat bitterly, using the small gap between his paws to glance up with a single citrus orb at the woman's dark face and taking note of how ragged she happened to look in comparison to their first encounter weeks ago. So he wasn't the only one that was cursed to suffer. What a relief that wasn't to know. Leave it to Eirian to join fucking contaminated abominations. What a way to go out this wasn't.

Growling under his breath and removing his paws from his head the Asurn fought against the throbbing and spinning that wanted to slam him back down to the ground in order to at least make himself somewhat presentable instead of sulking like a dying animal during this conversation. If she had had this damned illness then she must know how to get rid of it.

Her brows knitted together as she stared at him from her spot on the ground. Venom yellow eyes locked onto his masked face as she hoarsely whispered. "I'll be however loud I want." Had she perhaps not been feeling so ill she might have made an effort to play nice. But he didn't deserve that, not now at least. Maybe once this was resolved she would try and patch up things. Not likely but it sounded like a good plan in her head.

She didn't care about him looking presentable because hell, they were both miserable sacks of fur right now. Her head was softly throbbing but the constantness of it all was driving her up a wall and her damn nose. She hated it more than anything right now. The ebony female was glad he was suffering too, though. If she was going to go through hell than she wanted to take everyone (or at least someone) else with her on the journey.

"Never been sick till I got here." She hissed softly. Maybe it was because her mother had been a healer and she had been raised in good paws for the most part. Being nurtured and watched over made it hard for sickness to slip in. This guy though? Considering she had met him while he was alone she figured he'd been sick before.
