Marisol
All Welcome!

Somehow, somewhere down the line Marisol had made a mistake. Which wasn't to say she didn't do that often but....The point was she'd made yet another one and she was furious.

In her eagerness to escape that whiny pup-and it's no doubt, angry caretakers- she'd ended up heading south. Which at first wasn't really a problem, as anywhere was better than having her ass whooped by a bunch of self righteous pack wolves. But once her temper had cooled and she had a moment to really think about the situation, she couldn't help but feel like a damn idiota.

For weeks on end she'd been running-more or less-nonstop in an attempt to get as far north as she possibly could. As far away from the mess and chaos that had resulted from a series of really really stupid decisions. And yet here she was! Backtracking like a goddamn fool with no common sense, just like her sister and her Mamma! How could she despise and curse them as often as she did, when it was clear she was just as bad as they were. If not worse.

And to make the situation all the more shitty-and gross and wet-she'd managed to find the muddiest part of the lore and waltzed right into it.

Marisol told herself time and time again that being small wasn't such a bad thing, that it was actually more of an advantage than a disadvantage. But when she was knee deep in thick, gruelly mud, well honestly it was hard to see bright side. To this, to everything! The whole world seemed so dark and awful, and ah she was getting bitter again.

Yanking her front leg out of the mud, she took a heaving step forward and then another and another, till she managed to scramble up onto a rock out out of the goop. Her ears laid flat against her skull, in obvious disgust, as she panted, trying to regain her breath and composure. By no means was she a big fan of these lands, but hell, this wasn't going her mood or opinion any favours.

She just wanted to go home, but of course with the naked bears and their fire sticks that wasn't really an option.

Flopping down onto her muddy belly, Marisol huffed and like a petulant pup decided she wasn't going anywhere. Not at least until the world decided to give her a damn break. Which, knowing her luck wouldn't happen any time soon, so she figured she might as well get comfortable and grab a quick rest whilst she could.
