He might have groused, but there was no venom in Reyes’ voice, nor was there any real effort behind his attempts to wiggle free. The weight was kind of soothing, in a way, like a blanket. Like home, maybe – not that he’d ever consider something so emotional, hell no. The older wolf shook his head, trying to get the teeth out of his ears before settling down – and getting a big sloppy kiss for his effort.
The wolf snorted and craned his neck, trying to return the messy kiss in turn. His thick tail thumped behind him as he rumbled, the sound vibrating through his body and up against Askan’s. He was so good. God, he l-- He really liked this guy. Like a lot. Like so much. He just liked him. “C’mon, settle down, mi luna. I want a nap ‘er something.”
Not really. But maybe a little less teeth and a little more sweet, that would be just fine. He’d like that an awful lot.
