She had been gone much like get than she had planned but she was starting to feel a little better about things. Inna was worried that Oksana would be angry with her for being gone so long but she had every intention of making her absence up to her daughter. She still felt badly for having not been there for the dark pup for the past few months. The mother felt there was a lot that she needed to make up for and now she was prepared to do so.
In the time she had been gone Inna had accepted her mother's death and she felt she was ready to move in from that. She also accepted the losses of her siblings as well though she knew that she still had some things to work through. It would take more time but she was feeling well enough to at least not spend everyday in her den. She even felt like maybe she could get back to her duties, that too would take her some time.
The sense of dread she'd had at the thought of returning wasn't there when she entered the Kingsfall. It had been there through her journeys in the Lowlands but now it was gone, it was time for her to return home. Before she did though she wanted to stop in the ethos and see if there was any remaining Lavender she could take to Oksana. A visit to her parents graves was something she needed to do too. Her orange gaze scanned the clearing for any Lavender and she found a small tuft of it that would be perfect for Oksana. The Baranski went over and started to gather it as her ear flicked at a sound causing her to stop and look around.
