It had started as a flight of fancy. If Lorcan had come all the way home and gone back to where he had come from, then why couldn't she? Nothing quite grabbed the girl like the chance of an adventure, and with her mother's temper warming with the weather, her angry snaps and snarls directed towards her daughters for the first time in their lives, well, maybe getting away from it all for a while was just what she needed? But no matter how she tested the borders she always came home again at the end of the day... Until she didn't.
As her pale orange eyes swept over the land before her, she wondered if this was it? Was this the place she was finally going to stop for a while or would it be like all the rest? A blip on the trail of her grand adventure? Here, the snow still clung to the ground in great rifts and she wondered if she maybe should have headed south, but the snow had its advantages too. With a broad sweep of her tail, she sauntered forward, toward the distant treeline with nary a care in the world. Her only complaint would be how quiet things had been, but that was nothing that couldn't be fixed with a little bit of company. Her muzzle turned to the sky as she howled, Is anybody out there? Surely @Aurek hadn't gotten that far ahead of her?
