But whatever, he wasn’t going to argue to give away his food.

“Alright,” he said instead, shrugging his wideset shoulders. “Well, offer stands if you come back in the area. Got room in a pack for a wolf who can stand his ground, you know?”

And that was that. Reyes wasn’t going to beg. The offer was made, the loner knew where to find them, and if he wanted to, he would. So the large wolf turned, bumping into Sachiel’s side. “C’mon, punk. We oughta go mark up the borders some more.”
