Hush Meadow And all was quiet in the deep dark wood...

Emmaline was still a bit jittery at the idea of leaving the pack's borders, but recently she had not heard or smelled any coyotes nearby, and she felt it was time to give it a chance. She had decided to walk southeast to Hush Meadow, the others on the pack had told her about it and ever since she had wanted to see it. The idea of seeing this place enamored her for some unknown reason, and she was anxious to determine the truth about this place's beauty.

When she arrived, it was more amazing than she had imagined, the sight of such a wide expanse of area covered with so many beautiful plants was truly incredible to her. It was then that she realized, the reason that she was so enamored with this place, was that she had been incredibly stressed out lately, and this was a way for her to relax.

She laughed heartily and sat down, looking around and thinking... "And not a coyote in sight." She put her head on her paws and cried tears of happiness for even more unknown or crazy reasons.

They coyotes had, indeed, made their leave of the land it seemed. Thank god. The dark Archer was at her wits end with the mongrels. She saw them in her sleep, in her waking hours, all the time. They were ugly no matter how they were seen. It was no skin off her teeth to see them make a disappearance. In fact, in light of recent events it allowed her to relax a little.

Yet, when she noticed Emmaline’s scent straying across the borders alone she felt a little anxious. While the scents had dissipated and the sightings were few and far in between, she still didn’t want for one of the last remaining bands to set their sights on the girl. Ravenna already had her plate plenty full with leading and taking care of Sven, the last thing they needed was another wounded wolf.

So, naturally, she swept past the borders herself and tracked the scent. It was in the hush meadow that she found her cousin, a laugh echoing from the small girl and a smile stretching across Addy’s lips. But, as soon as the smile was there it was replaced with a confused expression. Wait, why was Em crying? “Uh, Em. You okay? she asked, perplexed by the sudden change in emotion.

Emmy jumped with surprise as she heard the voice of another wolf behind her, she turned and saw @Aldetra behind her, who had asked if she was okay. "Oh yes, I'm fine, just relieved that this is all finally over." She spoke, calming down after seeing her... cousin she guessed. "I just came out here for a bit to clear my head and relax a bit." Emmy walked forward and put her neck around the other's, saying... "Thank you for your concern though."

She stepped back and walked off along the side of the border, turning and telling Aldetra... "Come on, let's go hunt a bit before we head back." She smiled and flicked her tail for the other to follow and continued walking, trying to decide what to hunt...
