sorry for the hold up
Eyes measured each deer, trying to decide what one was really the best for the wolves of the hollow. There were many mouths to feed, and she wanted each belly to be full. Fall, and winter were not quite coming but a good meal worked wonders. Deciding on a rather stocky doe a little older perhaps without a fawn at her side she peered through the marsh trying to catch glimpse of her loyal companions. When she was positive everyone was ready, she knew it was time to set the hunt in action. Tension in her limbs, she chose the best coarse to her target, and rushed quick as could be to the hind end of the doe.
Like she once had she let out a fierce bark which imediately sent the doe forward where she needed to go. A grin split her lips momentarily, before another bark echoed from her open jaws, and she took off after the doe. Jaws opened loud growls vibrated against her teeth. She kept mindful distance of hooves, her eyes staring on the hide of the deer never once wandering to where the rest of the hunting party was. She had to concentrate, even if the distance to Raigo, and Borden was short.
