Maeve Destine Caravello

Maeve had been suffering from monachopsis since the moment she'd arrived on earth, though only recently had she discovered that perhaps not letting it get the best of her wasn't completely impossible. The pup wasn't quite sure how or where these feelings started developing, they were just sort of happened upon. The emotion was obscure in it's own way, thus making her a bit apprehensive to discuss them with her family. Instead, she'd found ease in her own little ways. Deviating away from the den to explore the simple pleasures life had to offer had became the young female's favorite part time activity, and that's just what she'd decided to waste her day with this particular evening.

"Mmm, so bored!" the monochromed youth groaned. "There's gotta be sumthin' round' here ta do!" Trotting across her usual path through the plateau, Maeve almost desperately glanced around her surroundings for someone, or something, to play with. Her brother had been nowhere to be found all day, and Kyna was perhaps not the best idea for the time being. So, who did that leave? Truth of the matter was, her home hadn't a vast selection of pups to chose from when it came to leisure time. "Gotta think..." she pondered, still making way through the vast greenery.

It hadn't taken too long before Maeve found the most peculiar object lingering in her peripheral vision, but she was so absorbed in thought she'd nearly missed it completely. "Hmm?" halting further travels, the Destine-Caravello "princess" whipped her head toward the direction of her new find. "Wuzzat?" she sniffed, creeping upon the item as if it were prey. An older wolf might of described the object as a mere antler, but she was not an older wolf. She was an inexperienced pup, and this was some sort of treasure. The whatsit appeared much like a stick, though tougher and bearing several rather strange horns. "Smells like dinner!" she cried in amusement, wondering how a tiny branch could possibly resemble anything even the slightest like last nights meal. "Imma take it wid me."

Gleaming with pride, Maeve hesitated no more in snatching up her majestic find. This was her toy now, and quite possibly her only source of amusement for weeks to come. 'Strange stick, haha!'

I am not alone,

Maeve Destine-Caravello
