Cornelia Saer
"I'm trouble ya'll, I got trouble in my town"

The weather was downright annoying. The slight drizzle of rain was everything but true rain yet it was not dry. The  indecisive weather condition annoyed her, how childish the reason may be Cornelia sought some cover for the annoyance drizzling down on her. Her quest for less rain in her face brought her back to the mountains. For a moment the prideful woman halted as she looked at the crappy piece of rock. What to do, what to do. This weather was practically annoying her but shelter was on a piece of rock she loathed from the bone. Alright so maybe she was a bit childish about mountains too. Only her family died on a mountain right in the mountains, sure no biggie. Then again, she was having a grudge on a mountain. Cornelia frowned as she stared at the uphill scenery. She would certainly judge someone else when they said they held a grudge against a mountain.. Still, she wasn’t quite fond of the place. Shaking her head she continued on uphill. Whatever, she only had to be there for a few hours or more for this rain to pass. She could totally do this, she was a grown adult woman after all.
All was alright so far, she confirmed as she poked one of the stones on her path. No rumbling, no loose pieces of stones that were about to fall on her head. Also everything was quite silent up on the mountain. She did smell wolf from old scents, but truly she smelled wolf everywhere in this realm. Sometimes you really had to search for it but with some focus  she had discovered that this realm had its fair share of wolves travelling through and out of the country. Some more odd than the other. Finding some shelter within the mountain wall, Cornelia settled herself under the giant rock. At least the rock wall would protect her for more violent rocks. Irony was a great thing. ”Speech”

Erebos Argyris
It had been dry when he had set out, sunny even. But of course, nature had a way of shitting on the happiness of the life forms it cradled. Mother? Ha. Step, perhaps. With a scowl, Erebos pressed on, thoroughly despising the thin coating of moisture upon his fur. It wasn't dampness, it wasn't chill, it was merely uncomfortable but enough so to make his skin crawl, turning a simple scouting mission of the outer perimeters into a tortuous task. Still, the man pressed on, reveling in his new found determination to serve his brother.

By now, he was the second ranked male of the pack, directly under his brother where he had so longed to be. Never mind that it had basically been given to him, rather than the grayscale brute having challenged his way up; he was there, and that was all that mattered. So long as he could hold the position, that is. Datura was still below him, and Erebos found that he trusted the golden man less and less, for his ambitions were simply too prominent.

Thus he would not cease working, keeping his aging muscles as strong as he could so as to be an effective buffer between Phineas and whatever might attempt to strike the king down from his throne. A little sprinkling of rain certainly wasn't going to hold him back. The scent of another, however; that was a distraction worth pursuing. They were outside of the borders of Silent Moon Plateau, a great enough distance for this woman's presence not be considered a trespass to Erebos' pack. Yet her proximity was worthy of investigation all the same.

When he came upon her, she was huddled beneath a naturally-formed overhang, obviously as displeased with the weather as he was. Or perhaps something else? Erebos' orange eyes narrowed ever so slightly as he pressed on, drawing nearer to the foreigner.

"Yer close to someone's home, y'know," he spoke, stopping a few yards away from her rocky refuge to regard her scrutinously.
