Willow Ridge broken down

It was quieter, simpler. Since her sister had left the lands, taking a handful of wolves with her including one of her brothers (the middle one) the tension had eased. Her mother was back in position, a claim which no one questioned and if any had, it would not be heard. Nicolo could rest at ease that no one was at his back now, supporters of Morganna and not himself. Still, the land was sad. Ravenna did not think her parents and the lot of her other family members, would ever accept Morganna's choice. Ravenna had not ether. Though the young woman was happy with ether lady in the position of Lead, Morganna had been her only sister she had left. Isolde had unfortunately died as a child and whether Morganna had or had not bothered to notice, Ravenna had admired her. Now there was a good chance she would never see her again, ether. Not that Ravenna did not love her brothers, but the similarity in which she had shared with her sisters was something she could never experience with the boys.

The yearling sniffles, holding back her sorrowful tears as she lays down near the edges of Willow Ridge, pale eyes looking out over the lands beyond. Though she was curious to see them, she had no desire to leave home. She loved it far too much. Now, she wonders how Morganna and Greer were fairing. How far had they traveled to run away from their problems or had they at least had the kindness in them to keep somewhere close to home where they could at least visit one another? Ravenna's gut twisted, a certain pessimism filling her. Who knows - maybe they would be lost in the rain storms, like Isolde had been lost in the snow ones. Ravenna's head turns away from the Wildwood beyond, laying over her paws with a 'humph'.
