Maeve Destine Caravello

And without further ado the seemingly hectic fiasco made a swift and impatient wrap-up. Maeve studied the faces of her now 'former' pack momentarily before letting her eyes fall to Eirian, perhaps a 'thank you' was in order. "Er, I uhm.. Sorry 'bout all this.. I'll be takin' m' leave now, and uh.. Well, thanks fer takin' care o' me.. Or.." Awkward. Maeve was never really a scholar when it came to goodbye's, perhaps because it wasn't necessarily a routine thing in her life. Anyone who's ever left, well, they've done it without a single word. "Er, 'N Zeta.." Switching her gaze to the grey Argyris, the fae paused momentarily. "..Uh, Tell yer dad I left with Cella. He'll understand, so y' don' gotta worry 'bout explainin' nothin'... A-and... Good luck findin' yer brother, 'M sure he'll turn up soon." Weird. She'd never cared for Zeta in the past, so why now?

"Uh.. Iopah, sorry 'bout all this. Y' really prolly dun' gotta worry 'bout seein' us again though... G'bye everyone.." She murmured, turning to rejoice with her princess. The day had finally come, but somehow these turn of events left the orphan feeling bittersweet about it all. Perhaps things would of been different if she could have formally said goodbye to Erebos, the guy certainly did grow on her. However there was simply no time for that now, what's done was already done. The only thing left to do was look forward to the possibility of a bright new future.

Iopah Reinier

It echoed distantly that her current (and dare say, general) behavior was a bit... rude to put it mildly. However, noticing and caring were two different things all together. The pale-marked man snorted and Iopah leveled her golden gaze back at him. He had spoken a lot of finely-turned words, but hadn't managed to answer any of her questions. Her limited patience stretched thinner, the flick of her eye following the landing of his eyes. If he thought she was being ornery now, he should just schmutz for a few more minutes find out how pointy her temper really was.

The male turned to leave, summoning his companion, and Iopah held her place. The young woman had created little interest in herself and the alpha's eyes were already sliding away from Celandine when the command was issued.

So this was the answer Craw had been too sly to say aloud. The apology was staggered out, the awkwardness palpable. Perhaps another member would have created more of an uproar, but Maeve had never wanted to come. And likely had stayed for lack of anywhere else to go. No one could keep her if she wanted to stay. Iopah nodded curtly with a simple: "Maeve", letting the girls own goodbye stand in stark contrast. There seemed nothing else to say.

Eirian Asurn

A simple spoken you're wrong. Oh how naive of Eirian to expect an answer depicting what exactly had happened to Silent Moon and the cause behind the split between the long lost Celandine and Maeve whom apparently was no longer deeming herself a wolf of the pines by the summon ushered from the pale coated girl's lips. A brow quirked upward in mock curiosity yet the emotion just couldn't quite reach his facial features for the copper male could care less just who the child chose to spend her days with. From the moment their gang appeared on their doorstep she was reluctant to call this place home and it bothered Eirian none that now she would be leaving. A wolf could not be forced to stay where they did not want to be and the young patriarch had no use nor desire to keep a wolf with a wishy-washy sense of loyalty around anyways.

For a brief moment his citrus gaze watched the group turn to leave, a sideways glance toward the rooted in place Zeta half expecting the grey scaled female to bolt after them as well. An ear pivoted toward the sound of Maeve's voice offering some form of goodbye only to be met with a snort from the dark agouti male. Good riddance echoed silently within his mind as his paws turned to dismiss himself from the scene, nodding in Iopah's general direction before slipping into the shadows of the surrounding vegetation. They knew how to find him if he was needed, something he highly doubted at this point in time. There were more important things to take care of.

Exit.
