Judas Orion Archer
Baby post for @Nineva

For the first time he could recall since he and @Neha had discovered the cavern of their pack den along the rocky labyrinths, he was alone. It was a beautiful cave, fit with four means of exits, two of which led to other smaller open areas where the infirmary and nursery had been made. The main cavern is what he enjoyed, especially at nights like now.

The tree in the center was being bathed by gentle rays of moonlight, the grasses and flowers at its base casting shadows on the floor around it. Above where the large opening lie he could see the moon in her full glory, a constant guide to him. "Bless you." He would whisper to her, smokey eyes looking up to the heavens and he sat and simply watched on.

Nineva Hervok

Normally, Nineva would be slumbering deeply at this point, @Ellery tucked securely between herself and @Elias, but this night she was having trouble quieting her mind. At some point she had pulled herself away from her daughter and consort to take a brief walk outside, out to the lake for a drink and then back again. It was on this return trip that she happened to be entering the den and passing through the dark in time to just barely pick up Judas' softly spoken words.

Amused and immediately curious, she detoured to approach him. Her eyes lifted, silver one taking in the halo of moonlight encircling the natural skylight. What had he been speaking to?

"Did our tree sneeze?"

Judas Orion Archer
He heard the gentle click of her dull claws on the cavern floor and his head tilted just in time for her to speak. He smiled slightly, ever sheepishly to her question as his ears fell back. His dark grey eyes turning down and after a moment, up to the skylight above to where the moon shown through. "No..." He was hesitant a moment as though he might not speak more of it. Had Ramiel told anyone about Moon Mother? Did he discuss her with anyone else savor their own flesh and blood? Judas knew his sister, Macha, to be a preacher of her, to led anyone information who had an open ear to hear it. But Judas? He was no scholar, to priest... How could he ever explain her beauty and might? "I bless the Moon Mother." He then finally answered fully. He was not ashamed of her, so why not speak of her even to those who did not believe? Hell, perhaps, for all he knew, Nineva did.
