Sanguine Cove yesterday is gone

With the prize of a chunky hare in his possession, Jethro traipsed through the pack’s territory, seeking the closest prey cache to deposit his catch in. Or, alternatively, someone that was hungry and might fancy a fresh kill as opposed to something that had been sitting. Either would do. Considering his official acceptance as part of a Cove member, the dark one had set about making himself as useful as possible. Contributing prey where he could, as well as taking on random patrols in and around the area - intent on remaining helpful and making sure these folks did not regret their decision to welcome him.

This was the start of something new. What he had known once was gone, firmly in the past. Now, Jethro intended to make the most of his new beginning.

With the exception of a few individuals, though, he hadn’t exactly spent a lot of time interacting with the other residents of the cove. Today though, maybe he could change that. Be it with a familiar face, or someone he didn’t know at all, Jet kept his eyes open for anyone else in the area. For part of that new beginning was continuing to learn how to interact with others. Especially in ways that didn’t involve distasteful comments or insults.
