Camden Elliot
RE: Beware of hungry bears! Grizzly bears are beginning to prepare for hibernation and are extra active in Southern Eden.

Camden had taken this opportunity to move beyond the borders of the Ridge. Their numbers had dwindled and he found himself often too busy to stray too far unless it was to hunt. He wanted to be there to support Avella however he could, still unable to explain the connection and draw he felt to her after all of these months. He was equally as drawn to her kids, the ones that were potentially his… they had no way to know, truly.

He was not far from the border, within the distance to hear a call should he be needed… he had been following a herd trail towards a local watering hole when he caught the fresh scent of grizzly, hearing a deep rumbling in it’s chest. A frown found his features as he found himself slowly backing away from the scent, not wanting to disturb it or cause it to turn more towards the Ridge. He would need to alert Avella and her brother immediately so they could plan the next phase... a bear hibernating close to their borders would spell no good for them, and the pale man did not want such a threat to linger for long.

Malien Eterna
What's happened to you? What have you been up to?

We don't know. But he's still there, among the willows, among the cedars and the whispering meadows slowly dying to the wicked frosts and snows. He wanders along frozen creeks and defiant rivers, rabbits spilling their warm blood on his tongue and teeth and chest. It's a suitable garb for someone like him.

What happened to that warmth in his chest? The ease he had felt?

Mmh. Ease never lasts for Malien. His eyes glitter, but he is not gold. Slow blinks in the dawn.

He wanders along, nearby, smelling the bears and seeing signs of their preparations. He stays out of their way, has no wish to end up mauled; the growl of one of them makes him alter his course, and, ah, he is not the only one.

Malien's tail drops to neutral, ears pricked forward, a low chuff escaping him. It's one of the Ridge wolves. No need to be hostile.
