Terra Anne

Her eyes stuck glued to the female as she spoke..

Yes.. revenge.. Kill the bastard..Eat him..Then shit him back out. No better end for a wolf like him.. She snarled quietly feeling her left side again. Lucky She was glad for a moment that it was only a short attack this time. The long attacks were agonizing in both pain and length.

"That way you say..." She snorted back at the female and looked in the direction she pointed. A lake? In the middle of the mountains? Hah.. hahaha..whatever.. She turned and began padding stiffly in the lakes direction.

I knew it. She did know where the sick wolf was.

"I'm going to find you boy..I'm going to end you..find..find you..end..end it all....." Her parting words echoed off the rocks. Perhaps to the other womans ear. Perhaps not. But it was a warning to the Poisoned Wolves. They had a serious problem heading in their direction.

Sagacity
While Sagacity had absolutely no personal reason to choose the Poison Path wolves as the rabid's wolf's next target, nor did she even know the pack's name, her reasoning for sending Anne in their direction was simple. They were close by and therefore competition for food. Had she had any idea of the tension between Nomad's Pass and Poison Path she would probably have sent Anne that way much earlier. Either way, it made little difference to the merciless Sagacity. She wanted to survive. She wanted her pack to thrive. And part of that involved occasionally stepping n the health and well-being of the competition. She felt no remorse.

Mumbling incoherently the plagued wolf turned and started her way down the mountain. Sagacity watched her go, hoping her illness would become so severe that she would never be able to make her way up the craggy cliffside. She highly doubted the female would have it in her to come back- if she was smart, she'd stay in the lowlands where travel was easier and less wolves wanted to send boulders tumbling toward her.

For a moment, she considered sending another one rolling down the hill to wipe her out as she had her back turned- but she decided against it, and went off to report the incident to her pack.
