Shade could stay away no longer; he’d tracked his love’s scent to a sacred place, at least to him and to her. It was a place that they did not call home, but they liked it there. He went to the Bramble Falls, the majestic sight of the beauty. He was right by the waterfall as he gazed around gently. He knew she was there somewhere. This was a choice they both needed to make, and he would not, no, he could not go against his instincts now. The heat smell was too strong for him to resist. It was here that they had finally made up their minds. Regardless of what Elettra might do to them, they were going to mate, even if it meant leaving the place that sheltered them. It was worth it, because he was with her and they would always be together. Together they would be through blood, mind and soul.
Shade’s eyes sparkled with a fiery passion to find her. Where was she, he scented around for her, but to no avail… yet. Would she even give him this honor? This was not in any means of disrespect towards Elettra, but he was hers and she was his. He simply refused to be kept from this right. He would leave Willow Ridge, the pack he had served for about ¾ of a year now. He’d give his soul to Satan just for this honor. This was it, it was the moment of truth. He let out a short howl for her. Was she there, would she appear, or disappear even further into the forest that surrounded the falls?
Her eyes searched his face. She panted and slowly but surely sat down. Her tail curved in between her slender, small legs. Rosealia averted her gaze to the waterfall for a brisk millisecond, her thoughts were attracted to it and its soft background music. She licked her chops and turned to see her mate, waiting for something-anything to happen. Shifting her weight, the little girl raised her head and looked at him over her maw as she spoke, "Beloved?"

WILLOW RIDGE FOREVAH!
Shade’s gaze gently turned to Rosealia as she arrived, a smile on his face as his tail swayed from side to side. “My beloved, it is time, but only if you are absolutely sure.” He said his rough voice as prideful and soft as he could make it. He really loved her and he wanted no harm to come to her. More importantly he did not want to force her to do this, she had to give in willingly, and he gently let his tail wag and his tongue gently licked the side of her face. The decision had been made, he knew that enough already. They could not return to the willows now that they were together. They would be one. That was how they were. They were each half, but together they were all.
He was extremely nervous himself; the heat scent was nearly driving him crazy as he gazed at her in wait of a response. She was like a form of drug to him, and he could not live without her. She was his own personal brand of heroin. The truth was that he wasn't sure if he would be a good father. Being a leader and being a father were two different things. He wasn't sure if he could do this. “We will never be able to go back to the Willow’s after this Rose, we have to desert and risk Elettra tracking us to the face of the earth. We need to gather supporters and rise a pack of our own. But only if you agree.” He had to do this, there was no turning back.
"I don't care. We don't need Willow Ridge. Or anyone else. I wouldn't be happy there," she murmured softly, her accent lingering in her words. She liked his ideas. "Yes. That is what we will do. We have to mold a good environment to raise pups in. We will create a safehaven. A sanctuary." It wouldn't be easy to do at all. Rose was fully aware of the things that could go wrong. Did she honestly care? No. Shit happens. It was so unlike her to *not* care. After all, she was a planner. She liked to know that everything would be okay. There was no way to ensure success this time, but somewhere, deep in her heart, she knew that they would have to come out victorious or bust. "Shade, my heart burns for you. I'm ready."

WILLOW RIDGE FOREVAH!
The thoughts of her were unknown to him, but he had full confidence in them. He had confidence that they could be great parents. That no matter what happened, if it was a pack that the pups would be raised in, or even if it was that pups would be raised as lone wolves. Things would be different. Pushing gently up her side and then turning around, gently pacing as he thought about everything. ”Now and forever Rosealia, now and forever.” He whispered into her ear, his eyes calm. Walking around her and he froze, it was time, it was a high moon and a life cycle came to an end. Another started, or more than one. Who knew anymore? They were runaways. They were rouges.
