K'arnae Desrix
K'arnae remained where she lay, watching the little ones with the utmost care, but would occasionally turn toward the newcommers as they approached. Introductions were not given, little more than an acknowledging glance as the moment was not for the adults, but for the young. She did smile however, when young Mercy came forward along with his young friend and settled beside her to greet the new life as well. There had been a time when they all were as small as the pups, and she wondered in her perpetual silence if the young ones thought on this at all. Surely, they would find this moment intriguing.

As others emerged from the reaches of the territory, the mountain wolf looked to each with a benign expression even as they neared the dame and her brood seemingly in comfort. Perhaps these few knew the madame and her mate for longer than the pale wolf and the young at her side. A rite which she assumed granted them their proximity. Regardless, she kept an eye on them as well even as she lowered her head to her paws to watch the pups in their brief explorations.

While others offered their kind words to the children, K'arnae had nothing but her smile to present. Her diligence for their care and that of their mother was known if only recently from a conversation days before. She wished for their growth, their strength and well being. All conveyed through the simple presentation of fish and other nourishment on the daily. Surely that was enough congratulations for the brood.

As the pups were introduced, she lingered just for a little while longer until the familiar pale hide and earthy musk of the sire came forward. To him, she smiled graciously though kept her head at its place upon the ground, only glancing up to rest respectfully to his cheek in acknowledgement until she felt the warmth of a light touch upon her own. Turning, she watched as her young ward and his companion withdrew from the engagement, as did the others that came to witness the young life. Eventually, the crowd grew smaller as the pups took more of an interest in feeding than they did their packmates. But it was of little bother. They were young and their days were few. In time, there would be moments for them to meet the whole and properly. But for now she let them be, rising to her paws and walking away with a smile toward her own den among the trees.

Zia Celencio
While she waited for the rest of the wolves to arrive, she remained stretched out on her stomach, comfortable, yet poised should any tension rise among the small crowd. The pack had suffered enough losses already thanks to the cruel winter, which was now long gone. With the memories of the past season still fresh, Zia was fully prepared to keep a more attentive eye on all of Magnolia Glens residents, including it's youngest additions. As a few more wolves congregated, she noticed that Phineas was nowhere to be seen yet. But as long as Borlla didn't seem concerned, then she wouldn't worry too much.

Lively blue eyes darted between each of the three pups as their mother introduced them. Two girls and a boy. Evy, Celandine and Takis. As of now, she couldn't much tell them apart from one another, save for the first born, whose fluffy puppy coat was quite darker than that of her siblings. In time, she would grow to get to know these children individually, perhaps even bonding with them. Just as the meeting was coming to a close, the ivory king himself showed up. Rising to her paws as the others began to depart, she bowed her head towards the proud parents. "I am sure your new children will without a doubt, bring new life to Magnolia Glen. But for now, I will leave you to rest." She concluded with a smile, noticing the sleepy haze in the puppies eyes. With that, the silver female turned and vanished amidst the trees to find a secluded spot to nap as well.

Phineas Argyris

Amusement twitched at the corners of his lips -- only if because the moment he appeared, others had decided it was time to depart. As the loyalists of the Glen took their leave, each offering kind wishes and warm congratulations, his own eyes would drift from them to regard his brood. Takis, the imp who took to chewing on his sister's tail.. Evy, who instead of taking interest of the world around her, found it more fitting to bask in the world of dreams. Little Celandine, so pale in coloration, taking in everything around her and yet seemingly aloof to it all. His muzzle would bend down to graze against each of their heads, inhaling sharply as he did so and reveling in the familiar scent of his family.

Hypatia was nowhere to be seen however, and casting his mate a questioning glance, he did not speak of it. Perhaps she too had been unable to make it -- held up with matters as he almost had been. Instead of going back to continue his hunt, the ivory male stretched out on the grass now, his large body protectively shadowing the three pups that had only now made their debut. Without word he made to groom Celandine, hoping he could lull her t sleep like her sister now was. The sun beat down upon them -- a welcome heat after the cold chill the winter had seemingly scarred in to his bones. For the first time in awhile, everything felt serene. It felt right.

Aponi Donata

The male alpha appeared into the meeting offering apologies and explanation, Aponi kept her place daring only to cast a curious look upon the man when she thought he might not be looking. Having seen him only once before, the night Mercy and herself had met him at the borders and then she had been diligent to keep her icy eyes firmly planted on the ground. His coat was as pale as his mates and he held himself proudly in front of his subordinates, a sign of a good leader. The glance had been quick, only a moment had passed before the silver girl's eyes were once more upon the fur balls, her gaze on them not unpleasant but not interested either.

Finally after what seemed like ages had passed wolves began to creep away, and Aponi found herself grateful that she had not been the first to take her leave. Nodding towards the alphas the yearling turned away so she might catch up to Mercy's side as they exited the meeting. The farther the walked the higher the girl's stomach rose, along with her ears, her muscles ached from holding such a unknown position for so long. Used to holding herself proudly the once princess still found submission unnatural and forced, and holding it for such a long time had caused stiffness to enter her young body. Doing her best to shake off the unpleasantness she rubbed her shoulder against her mate's as they headed back towards their den.

Takis Argyris

Grunting when effectively blocked by his dark and sleepy sister, he waited a moment, blinking at her – she would turn around and play with him, surely! But she didn’t. The rise and fall of his dark sisters chest notified her sleep, though he awaited still.. as if Evy would turn around and change her mind, encouraged by his gums and looking for a wrestling game.

What seemed like hours, but was really only moments, a huff escaped the boy as he plopped his muzzle down clumsily upon his forelimbs, possibly bumping his sister in the process. Baby blue eyes searched for his other sister, though Celandine was too far to reach. It was only without his siblings as distractions did his mind focus now upon the others – large wolves, much like his mother and father, and yet they looked nothing like them. Some were painted in shades darker, like Evy, while others were pale, like himself and his sister.

With a yawn, the boy felt the shift of his father’s weight, and shifting himself, he lumbered over to the large man. Plunking down beside his pale sister and weaseling his way toward Phineas’ forepaws, Takis once more curled up, seeking the warmth of others before his own eyes flickered shut. There was something soothing about the fresh air, and while the excitement was perhaps lost on him, he also knew this was meant to be.. pack, somehow, had a meaning already, and satisfied, Takis was lulled into a world of dreams.

Ace Caravello

As Ace watched the three pups slowly tumble out into the open world, more of his pack mates appeared with the same fascinated and wondrous looks on their faces as he did. Yes, it was true, meeting the pups for the first time was exciting for both the young ones and the rest of the pack. The three of them were oh so very fluffy and cute with the way they waddled and approached the rest of their family.

It was then that Phineas appeared with an apology and explanation for his lateness, and the Silver Male kept his eyes downcast respectfully. He knew that some parents became very protective of their young and took anything as a challenge, so he decided to make sure there was no reason for that happening. All he wanted to do was watch the pups take their first steps outside of the den, and now that he had, Ace felt like it was time to go. He didn't want to intrude on any personal family business that was sure to happen after everyone had left.

Slowly, one by one, the rest of the pack took their leave with a bow or kind words, and after a few minutes Ace gazed at the pups once more before bowing himself and backing up until he was a good distance away and stood up, turning to pad off towards the den site. Even though he hadn't done much that morning, if anything at all, he wanted to think about what life would be like if it was him and someone he loved watching his own brood explore the outside world. Maybe one day it would happen.

Phineas Argyris

The pack had greeted this year's litter with as much attention as would be allowed by the young cubs -- Phineas revelled in the moment where their shyness kept them from straying too far, for he knew in the next weeks to come that would quickly eradicate as they became more comfortable. and in turn, adventurous. Kyros and Hypatia had always behaved themselves well -- somehow, as his eyes fell upon the three pairs of glittering eyes of his children, he knew that would not quite be the case this round.. especially little Celandine.

As the members slowly began to shift away, returning to their daily tasks, his eyes swept to his mate's face as his lips twitched with a hint of bemusement. With two of the pups sleeping in front of him, he too nestled his muzzle down, resting it upon the gentle curve of Takis' back -- holding it so as to not place too much pressure on the pale boy as his chest rose and fell in the lull of rest. Sleep would come to them, and while it never could for a man whose young cubs now rest within the open, he did find peace in the quiet moments that fell before him. It was not every day he could stretch in the great outdoors and be surrounded by quiet children.

Borlla too seemed to find rest along the grass before their den, and with a smirk he gave her a small wink -- perhaps, one of the more relaxed interactions the two had in awhile now since the winter months. With three boisterous pups to look after, it was possible they could once more bridge the gap that had come between them.

Little did the pale man know, his mate would burn that bridge thoroughly within the next month when she disappeared without word or trace.
