Curious the pale girl walked over to one and looked into its depths. Little bits of bark floated in the ice but still the little bumps and twists inside reflected the light this way and that making it an interesting sight. Her gold gaze turned to the other icecles around her. This was why she loved winter. Even at its harshest she could find something beautiful about it. Whether it be the ice that froze to the trees or the snow that danced in the air. She could always point something out that was neat in its own way.
Her gaze drifted to the sky. She knew that others didn't see that way. They mostly found winter to be a harsh and cruel time. Prey was scarce and traveling more difficult. Yet like the warmer months it had its good days and bad. Some better than others and tonight was one of the best so far.
