Willow Ridge has proved once again that they can thrive, surviving within Relic Lore for their third year and counting. They have held the crown as one of the eldest, most powerful packs in the Lore even as when their first-born son Deacon had been accidentally stolen away by a pack in the north, both Angier and Elettra were quick to take action and return him home... even when Skoll had managed to do away with the Leader of Hollowheart Keep and disband the pack in the process as a warning that the Archers and their kin were not to be trifled with. Alliances with Whisper Caverns and Secret Woodlands endured, carrying the pack through the changing of the seasons and the brisk winter months. With the sudden appearance of family from the distant kingdom of Torbine, Elettra was able to welcome her younger siblings, Adele and Nicolo, into her ranks, proving further that there is little else thicker than blood. Even Angier's own family comes together here, with Taima and her first born son, Octavius, taking up a brief stay and Renier (one of Jaysyek and Borden's sons) also taking to the fold.

As Spring returned, a new monarch had come into her own and Morganna Archer, Elettra's eldest daughter, took on a mate in Renier Lyall, Angier's nephew, and tussled with her aunt Adele for the rank of Second. Though, while it would seem that her promotion would be uncontested, her brother Skoll had other plans. In secret, with only Angier's confidence to constantly keep, the dark prince went behind the family's back; he attempted to lay claim to things and others which were not particularly or rightfully his, impregnated a fellow pack member, and resurrected the old rivalry with Grizzly Hollow with the help of his cousin-by-distant-relation, Rook Lyall. Additionally, Deacon and Enoki had transferred into an allying pack, Greer had gone missing, and Castiel had seemingly abandoned them with no further word as to Asriel's whereabouts. To top it all off, Xetor was discovered to be missing - and, later, dead - as Titan Thorben made his leave, Grizzly Hollow set up in their old stomping grounds, and the Attayas - Rowan, Quil, and Cinder - all left the pack to painfully join what is now a both new and old enemy of Willow Ridge. Building a powerful dynasty, of course, does not come without it's dramatics.

What will come to light in the coming months will soon be revealed as the new set of Archers begin their ascension and possible reign over the family: Angier and Elettra's second brood - Niles, Ravenna, and Isolde - and Skoll's son, Sven, first and only of his generation. Whether the newest triumvirate of Archer-Lyalls will return order to the pack or not provides hope for all; the only questions that remain lie in Sven's understandings of loyalty and if the wolves of Grizzly Hollow will continue to keep their distance...
