Her gaze followed his and she perked her ears toward the creatures he was attempting to scare away. Coyotes were hardly smaller than Kip herself, so three of them were definitely something she couldn’t handle. Not on her own, at least... though she wasn’t certain the two of them could do this together unscathed.
It was almost satisfying when they turned around and started growling. The small wolf had been coming up with strategies for if they had to fight, and it was becoming clear that that was what was going to happen.
”Yeah, I’m seein’ it,” she muttered, her pale fur rising aggressively and her lips curling back from her own sharp teeth. ”My pack is near here - these guys can’t stay. There are pups coming,” the young wolf voiced, her ears pressing back as she took a step forward of her own. It seemed that Aleister was the main target, as only one of the three was focused on Mavis, but she was paying attention to all three. ”I can’t just let them stay here.”
