(Figured I'd give Rayne a short little fade-out post. <3)

Their friendship was important to him and he was glad Aideen knew that. The now queen of the woodlands (and it was still a strange but good thought!) told him of what happened in this last year and a hy she was now queen. He understood completely and nodded along, giving a genuine smile as she spoke of her mate. It sounded as if she was having a wonderful life and Rayne was happy she had found someone to share it with. 


"I am happy you found somene regardless," He rumbled when she finished. He was truly happy for his friend. But now it was time to go home, as Aideen smiled down at him again, gently placing a paw on his shoulder as if reassuring him. It was time to go home.  

He only moved to go after her once she had stood, a small warmth settling into his heart and staying there. 

He was going home.
