Heartleaf Creek Cold, that's all I feel; inside and out

Danica pictured Yuka in her mind, creating the image of a young and handsome pup. It sounded weird though, that only his face had a rusty color. "He sounds nice. Is it just because he's smart? I could use some lessons. Do you have a teacher in your pack?" She asked hopeful.

Her tail wagged hard as he agreed to take her to his home. Then she gave him a look of pure embarrassment. "Yes, of course." She gave him a nervous smile. Without another thought she turned tail and rushed to his side. Soon she was allowing him to lead as she too smelt along. She took it as an opportunity to strengthen her tracking skills. Of course, she wouldn't say so if she thought the other pup was going the wrong way. He knew better then her...at least, that's what she figured.

The two pups slowly disappeared into the horizon as Danica traveled farther away from her home. She wasn't feeling too sure or confident in her choices right now. However, she took Titan as a sign she was going to be fine. He was nice enough, and young, to be trusted in her naive mind. Who knew where this path would lead her...maybe, just maybe, to better and happy days. To a joyful, successful, and satisfactory life.
