Beelzebub
As well, Beelz is just trying to escape without retaliation. If you want to trap him to keep attacking, I guess you can roll for that?

Instantly, others were upon him, rushing towards him as he has rushed towards the other Loner. Firstly was a large male, not as swift as he with the bulk he carried, though his moments spent trying to get Haine moving was just enough for the black younger male to find purchase on his hide. Teeth met his flank, snagging a large chunk of fur as Beelzebub jerked away, only to be snagged by yet another pair of awaiting jaws. The woman which he had side-slammed had retaliated, finding a mark on him by his lower back leg. He growled if only to hold back the yelp as the shallow cut shocked him, having been attacked once and then twice by quick strikes wherever his enemies would find purchase. Beelzebub had no intentions of staying this day and once Corinna released him in the few moments she had held him, the demon was once more skidding off, working his limbs to the best of his ability to flee the scene was quickly as he had arrived into it. Surely, the 'Swift River' wolves would like to tear into him, if not for his antics this day then perhaps for that which he had done in the past. Beelzebub could not allow himself to be surrounded and so, focused no longer on the other Loner, but himself to flee the situation and out of Oak Tree Bend lands.

Triell Tainn
Sorry I'm slow. Kisla.

And I am the Rain King
From his peripheral vision he saw Cori meeting the ground. It was only with more force, and urgency he reached for the black loner, cutting into his flank, pulling to receive a chunk of light fur between his teeth. Ready as he was to make another attempt, he saw how Corinna was leaving a bite of her own. Then he became a blur who growled his displeasure, quickly trying to get away from any more teeth. About time. Spitting out the shard of hair, he shook his dark coat that was bristled from head to tail. A forceful, loud bark leap from his chest, encouraging the loner to continue. He never wanted to see his face again.

Head turned quickly, eyes finding Kisla's familiar form driving into the thief. In the moment the Uncle and Leader did not feel the need to rush over. Kisla was handling herself, and it didn't seem the other was biting. The brainless thief was trying to get loose no doubt to use her legs as quickly as possible, finally realizing her great mistake. The man's attention upon Cori without saying anything he tucked his head, then pushed the top his skull to a gray shoulder, trying to help her right herself. Why he would have loved to get more rips into the other trespasser he was likely long gone, and the second soon to join. If his niece was finished with her that is.

Kisla Baranski
It was a cold hearted maneuver to pull, tearing in to a wolf who had only moments before flashed the white flag of her belly, and yet this current thought mattered little to the incensed she-wolf, for the stranger had only moments before gorged herself stupidly and without care on one of the pack's caches. The simple thought of Serach and Sceral's food now sitting in the disgusting pit of this worthless life's stomach infuriated her, and when her jaws had clasped loose skin and fur, Kisla knew satisfaction would only be given when she tasted blood.

As fast as she had gripped, the other had spun, freeing herself and spinning around to meet her. The flurry of activity that involved Triell, her mother and the other stranger could be seen from the corner of her eye, but she ignored it for now. A snarl escaped her as the stranger made to dart once more, and moving with a swiftness that was only brought on by her anger and determination, the Tainn woman was on her opponent's heels.

As much as she longed for it.. as much as she deserved it, the other was just that much faster than her. Distance was placed between her and her packmates then, the borders looming closer. Her jaws would snap at the female's hind, hoping to tear in to her rump before she fully escaped. Only when the other had rounded over the borders and further ahead did Kisla slow her pace -- she stood there now, snarls escaping her throat, garbled in to the cold. Only then did she realize she was shaking with her fury.

Corinna Donata
I can archive this thread next week, if people want to post again, but I think we've got a suitable conclusion?

Gone Tomorrow

The leader's teeth met their mark, but only barely. Her assailant was gone before she could get a solid bite, and the shock of being hit had slowed her reaction time. But Corinna's ears heard the growl and knew that the stranger had felt it. He was gone in a moment, though, fleeing away from the scuffle. Triell had come to her aid, and between the two of them, the black stranger had had no choice but to leave the scene. The original stranger, the female who had gorged herself on the pack's cache, was not far behind him, with Kisla hot on her trail.

As the other three wolves disappeared, two fleeing and Kisla in pursuit, Cori took a moment to breathe. Triell stood by her side and she leaned in to him, catching her breath while she came down from the adrenaline high. It had been over and done with in a very short amount of time, but it had put them all on edge. It was a rare day indeed when a stranger was foolish enough to trespass into the pack's home - the borders were marked heavily enough that there really was no mistaking that this place was claimed and not free for roaming. At least Sceral and Serach had been away from it and out of harm's way.

"We should find Kisla," she murmured to Triell after having caught her breath. There was no telling how far her daughter had decided to chase the pair. Although Kisla was an adult, and Corinna had no doubt she could handle herself, without her uncle and mother their to back her up, Kisla was outnumbered. If those fools decided to return, Corinna wanted to be there to help. "Let's go."
