That was if he planned on sticking around for more than a recovery. Ah, but he didn't stick his nose into that business. Time would take care of it for him.

"Welcome outside then." He gave an easy smile, making himself friendly. That would explain the whole freedom thing earlier. Maybe the Archer boy had been a bit rough and cold. It was the easiest for him, though. Getting attached to seemingly friendly faces felt wrong when he knew everyone might disappear one day.

His head gave an easy nod as Roman stood up. "Yeah, think we can make it there and back by sunset." They certainly wouldn't get much exploring in in that time frame but at least Lorcan would be able to see where the field was. Romanov would make sure his new company was ready to follow before he led the way.
