She would have been a liar if she said she wasn't a bit disappointed to not trail after Ramiel but she didn't whine about. Bellatrix wouldn't have stuck around so long if she didn't want some kind of place. So she'd do what she was told and pull her weight for that place. Her head offered a small nod as her shoulder bumped into the Archer's. "See ya later?" It was a soft whisper meant for him alone. She didn't wait for an answer merely offered a cheeky grin before moving over towards the one she assumed to be Aleister.
The Rigel girl gave a friendly smile to the man, a bit unsure of what to say to him. He was massive like the rest and suddenly she had to wonder if everyone outside of the Clan was the size of a miniature mountain. Oh well. All the better to protect her.
She sent him off with two other wolves - Yuka, the one with the scarred muzzle, and Ramiel, one of the kids. They were to scare the coyotes away from the territory, and Aytigin was perfectly happy to do just that. Those coyotes were really starting to grate on his nerves, and they needed them to be gone - especially with pups on the way.
A smirk crossed his lips as he approached the two wolves he was supposed to go with. He bumped his shoulder lightly against @Ramiel and looked down at the kid. ”Ready to go kick some coyote ass?” he asked with a wink.
He’d spoken his peace and would be remaining to help make this place a home for all of them. As the meeting drew on he grew more concerned for Nineva. It was very clear that his new alpha was a very determined woman which lead him to believe he had made the right choice for himself and Judas. He also felt it would be a good place for Bellatrix as well, maybe she could learn a thing or two from the ghostly woman.
He'd been given his orders which were an easy task to accomplish. Though he would have much rather done the scouting with Bella he wouldn't question the orders he'd been given. He turned to Bella as she spoke, “Yes, I will come find you when I'm back,” he whispered back before watching her go off to carry out her own orders.
The chocolate male came over to him bumping his shoulder and asking if he was ready to kick some coyote ass. The youth chuckled, “More than ready,” he stated looking to Yuka, “How about you? Ready to show the vermin who this land belongs to?”
The man would take his role very seriously, especially when it came to the safety of his sister. He gave her a brisk nod, glancing briefly down at her heaving stomach. It might have been a rough night for them all if there were less members but Yuka felt confident that everything would be alright. His tail wagged neutrally behind him, amber teal-flecked eyes searched over the group gathered. He did not have to wait long before two walked toward him, one black, about the same build as himself and the other but a yearling. He nodded at the two men in greeting, watching as they exchanged friendly words themselves. The smaller of the two turned towards him. Yuka ears cupped forward to show that he was paying attention and nodded. His words were a business-like monotone when he spoke, "Yes, let's head out." With that he turned and made his way opposite of which he'd come, satisfied with the knowledge that, for now, at least that side of the border was secure. They would walk the perimeter and if they came into contact with any of their coyote friends they would take them down. No doubt the scent of blood due to his sister's birthing would only draw them near. |
Orders were dolled out to the group by the monochrome leader with the Vuesain siblings being split up to do separate tasks. He couldn't be by her side constantly and figured she would be safer in middle of the territory. Mimicking her goodbye, he watched as she retreated from the group with the young kid, Judas. Turning his mismatched eyes towards the small female that was assigned to follow along with him, he too gave her a friendly smile though it didn't quite meet his eyes. He waited for the large group before them to take off before leading his new pack mate after them to search for what Nineva requested. Aleister still couldn't wrap his head around how he got himself into this.
Her chocolate eyes lingered on Nineva one last time. But she would be fine while her subordinates set about their duties. Elias would be there by her side, through the birthing process. It was a fitting time for the wolves to depart and leave the couple to themselves, while the new mother to be was at her most vulnerable welcoming new life into the world.
The young male, Judas she was paired with, didn't strike her as the most talkative type. Then again, neither was she. Not these days at least. But aside from Aleister and Nineva, every wolf in the pack was practically a stranger to her, so she could not and would not go around making unnecessary assumptions. With his cue that he was ready, Neha turned back and led the way deep into the heart of their new home, leaving Nineva and Elias to welcome their children in peace and privacy.
