Without another word, the leggy yearling simply nodded in response to the chocolate male. Excitement rippled throughout his body at the opportunity to show the Alpha that he would be useful if he (and Anastasia) decided to return to seek acceptance within his pack. Deep within his heart XIX knew that this was the place for him — and for his traveling partner. From what both Capella and Shade had told him, the ghost was convinced that the future pack had everything the duo had been looking for. Lachesis also knew that his companion was growing weary of traveling so much and living the life of a loner was taking a toll on both wolves. Although he had always been scrawny, the boy had begun to look rather malnourished and his coat was dull in appearance.

The thought of meeting Shade's puppies and possibly playing(!) with them excited the yearling, his tail starting to wag behind him as he followed the larger male silently. If he and Ana decided to join this pack, he could play with them anytime he wanted! He hadn't even stayed a night with the group of wolves and he was already ecstatic to return to his companion and explain to her how perfect this place was for them. He could get used to the strange, blue fog overtime and he knew that Anastasia would think that the Woods were charming (in a weird way). He just hoped, that by the time he returned to their den within Heartleaf Creek, that she didn't have he heart set on anywhere else.
